    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a highly strengthened carbon nanoporous membrane virus filter and an analyzing method of the same are provided to selectively filter various kinds of microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a highly strengthened carbon nanoporous membrane virus filter includes the following steps: nano-particles with 5 to 500nm of pores are sintered to prepare a nano-particle template in the shape of a three dimensional dense structure; the nano-particles and carbon precursors are dispersed on an acryl-based resin to prepare a nano-particle template/carbon precursor complex; the nano-particle template/carbon precursor complex is thermally treated at a temperature between 600 and 2000 deg C for 1 to 60 hours to prepare a nano-particle template/carbon complex; the nano-particle template/carbon complex is acid-treated to remove the nano-particle template; a drying process is implemented to obtain a separation membrane; and the separation membrane is immersed in an antibody aqueous solution.
