Abstract: PURPOSE: A construction method for purifying a fluidic material by using a purifier that generates a material change of a toxic material included in the fluidic material, and a purifier used in the construction method are provided to change polluted river water into drinking water by using a material friction operation, a material explosion operation, or a material decomposition operation. CONSTITUTION: A construction method for purifying a fluidic material by using a purifier that generates a material change of a toxic material included in the fluidic material, and a purifier used in the construction method are provided. The purifier is an enclosed type having a circle, square, or rectangle shape. A microwave generator(1610) is equipped at a lower part of the purifier. A conduction film for preventing blood mix is positioned up to only a little bit lower from a center of the purifier in one side of the purifier so that a blood withdrawn from the human body can eject only through a lower layer of the purifier. In one side of the upper part of the purifier, a blood inflow pipe inflowing the blood withdrawn from the human body to the purifier is positioned inside and up to an upper part of the conduction film for preventing blood mix. A locking device is comprised at a lower part of the blood inflow pipe. An exhaust pipe ejecting a polluted blood with a light specific gravity is comprised in the other side of the purifier. A locking device is comprised in the exhaust pipe. A blood transfusion pipe(190) for transfusing blood to the human body is comprised in one side of a lower part of a hemodialysis system. A locking device is comprised in the blood transfusion pipe.

CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly construction method to purify polluted river water using a cutting edge floodgate system is as follows: A floodgate(1) is slightly tilted downward to produce water pressure. One end of an actuating link(8) is rotatably fixed to a shaft of a driving device and connected to the bottom of the floodgate. A cylinder or a winch(21) connected with a rope(34) is formed on the top of the floodgate so that the floodgate is upright. When the floodgate is upright, the driving device is slightly lifted, and a discharge passage is formed between the bottom end of the floodgate and a floor part of a waterway. Dense river water is primarily discharged.
