Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for making a high performance zeolite fertilizer having a fast release property and a controlled release property and an increased content of the fertilizer component by a simple process. CONSTITUTION: The method for making a zeolite fertilizer comprises the steps of: mixing zeolite having regular inside pores with a fertilizer component in the form of a neutral salt in the ratio of 1:0.3-3; heat treating the mixture at a temperature higher than the melting initiation temperature of the fertilizer component for 30 minutes or more to form slurry in which the fertilizer component is inserted into the zeolite pores; and cooling and molding the slurry.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种通过简单的方法制备具有快速释放性能和控制释放性能和增加肥料成分含量的高性能沸石肥料的方法。 构成：制备沸石肥料的方法包括以下步骤：将具有规则内部孔的沸石与中性盐形式的肥料组分以1:0.3-3的比例混合; 在比肥料成分的熔融起始温度高30分钟以上的温度下对混合物进行热处理，形成将肥料成分插入沸石孔中的浆料; 并冷却和模制浆料。

Abstract: 본 발명은 제오라이트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 기존의 물을 첨가하는 열수합성법과는 달리 물을 첨가하지 않고 고체상태에서 단순 가열하여 제오라이트를 제조함으로서, 폐용액이 발생되지 않도록 하고, 반응계의 단위 부피당 제오라이트 생산량이 증대되도록 하며, 그 방법이 용이하도록 하기 위해, 규소와 알루미늄이 주성분으로 함유된 각종 시약혼합물을 포함하여 플라이애쉬, 연탄재 및 화산재 등과 같은 광물성 폐기물로부터 제오라이트를 합성하는 방법으로, 상기의 원료에 알칼리성 화합물 혹은 불소화 화합물과 중성염을 첨가하여 교반한 뒤, 150℃∼600℃의 온도로 0.5∼72시간 가열하는 것이다.
