Abstract: 본 발명은 펜더 패널이나 후드와 같은 자동차의 패널을 프레스 가공하기 위한 금형과 이 금형을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 자동차용 패널의 프레스 가공용 금형은, 서로 대응되는 형상의 가공부를 가지는 상형과 하형, 및 소재를 하형에 지지하는 홀더를 포함한다. 상형은 금속 재질의 몸체와 가공부를 이루는 수지 재질의 형상부를 가진다. 이러한 금형을 제조하기 위해서는, 가공부를 가지는 하형 및 소재를 지지하는 홀더를 제조하여 조립하고, 금속 재질의 몸체를 형성한다. 그리고, 몸체를 하형 및 홀더와 소정 간격으로 이격되게 하형 및 홀더의 상측에 설치하고, 몸체와 하형 및 홀더 사이의 공간으로 용융 수지를 주입하여 냉각시키는 것에 의해 하형의 가공부에 대응되는 가공부를 가지는 형상부를 형성함으로써 상형을 형성한다.

CONSTITUTION: A crane mounting vehicle outrigger comprises a body(1), a rotating member(2), a supporting member(4) and a foothold(5). The body(1) is fixed to a vehicle. Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for connecting a towing device adapter is provided to prevent the interference between a vehicle and an adapter even in an empty travel by preventing the displacement of the adapter. CONSTITUTION: The center of an adapter(10) is connected to a ball joint(30) installed on an extension cylinder(20). The other end of a return spring(40) combined to the left and right sides of the extension cylinder is combined to the left and right sides of the adapter. A fixing bracket(50) having a support face(51) is installed in the center of the adapter. The ball joint is inserted to the support face via an eye bolt(60). When a towing vehicle travels while the adapter is moved upward, the adapter is fixed on the ball joint by the fixing bracket. Since, the adapter is fixed firmly, the interference between a vehicle and the adapter is prevented.
