Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a sun roof is provided to simplify assembly process by installing through welding of bracket guide rails produced separately to a roof panel and lighten a vehicle and reduce the cost by reducing assembly process. CONSTITUTION: The structure for fixing a sun roof is composed of a guide groove(30) to a side to be open or closed by sliding of the sun roof installed to a side; to the other end, the sun roof guide frame(3) forming a binding groove(31); and a groove(40) formed in the center of the bracket guide rail(4). The sun roof guide frame(3) is bound with a bolt(6) by adhering the binding groove(31) closely to the fixed groove(40). The end of a side of the bracket guide rail(4) is curved to adhere closely to the lower side of the roof panel(1) and the upper face and the lower side of the roof panel(1) is fixed through welding. The end of other side is adhered closely to the inner side of the inner panel(2) installed to the lower side of the roof panel(1) with being curved, and welded. To support the sun roof guide frame(3), the bracket guide rail(4) is installed with plural pieces. Thereby, in the case of assembling the sun roof to a vehicle, simplifying assembly and reducing assembly process are possible.

CONSTITUTION: Structure for reinforcing a trunk room comprises a reinforcing member(21) attached to a side of a package tray(20) in a trunk room and at least one of reinforcing beams(22) connecting the reinforcing member with a center floor(10). In a rear-end collision of a vehicle, packages in the trunk is blocked up by the reinforcing beams. The reinforcing member improves the horizontal rigidity of a chassis. CONSTITUTION: A shield plate(1) for a belt of an alternator is formed in the shape of a closed loop to receive a driving pulley of an alternator, a pulley of an engine, and a belt for connecting pulleys. The shield plate has a fixing flange unit(4) fixed in a recessed portion(7) of a front frame(6) by many connecting units(8). The fixing flange unit is formed along the front edge of an upper face(2). A lower face(3) of the shield plate is connected to the upper face. One sides(5) of the upper face and the lower face are fixed on a sidewall of the front frame. Since the lower face of the shield plate is formed to be extended to an engine room from the front frame, invasion of foreign materials as rocks and mud to the belt is prevented. Therefore, the belt is protected when a vehicle travels on a rough road.
