The present disclosure provides an integrated optical component array and method of making an integrated optical component array useful for projection devices or other optical devices. The integrated optical component array can be a PBS array fabricated such that the individual PBS cubes having several elements can be assembled in a massively parallel manner and then singulated as individual optical components, and can result in a large reduction in manufacturing cost.

Provided is an electrically conductive adhesive comprising a reaction product of a radiation sensitized solventless acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive precursor comprising an acrylic acid ester of non-tertiary alcohol, the alkyl groups of which have an average of about 4 to 14 carbon atoms, and a polar comonomer, and electrically conductive flakes having a density greater than zero and below about five g/cc, along with methods of making, and methods of using the same.

Surface-modified adhesives may be prepared by contacting an adhesive layer to an at least partially discontinuous layer on a releasing substrate and removing the adhesive layer such that at least a portion of the at least partially discontinuous layer adheres to the adhesive surface. The modified adhesive surface remains an adhesive surface. The modified adhesive layer can be used to prepare adhesive articles, including articles containing multiple surface-modified adhesive layers.
Abstract:
Provided are multi-component films useful as optical display filters. The optical display filters include a multi-layer stack that contains at least two dyads (106), i.e. pairs of layres including an electro-conducting layer (104B) and a dielectric space layer (104C), whereby in at least one of the dyads one transparent, organic layer with a refractive index greater than 1.49 is arranged. The filters have high visible light transmittance, low visible light reflection, and provide electromagnetic interference shielding in the range of 100-1000 MHZ.
