    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for integrating a monitoring system with accessibility features. The method includes: receiving data from a sensor of a monitoring system that is configured to monitor a property; determining, based on the data received from the sensor, that a user located at the property exhibits symptoms of an impairment; determining that an event likely occurred at the property; determining a monitoring system action to perform in response to the event; modifying, based on determining that the user located at the property exhibits symptoms of the impairment, the monitoring system action; and performing the modified monitoring system action.

    Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for identifying patterns activity at a facility that seem to precede alarm events. In some implementations, a monitoring system is configured to monitor a property and includes a sensor configured to generate sensor data. A monitor control unit is configured to receive the sensor data and based on the sensor data, determine an alarm status of the monitoring system. A monitoring application server is configured to receive the sensor data and data indicating the alarm status of the monitoring system. The server applies the sensor data to a model that determines an estimated alarm status of the monitoring system and determines the estimated alarm status of the monitoring system is different from the alarm status. Based on determining that the estimated alarm status of the monitoring system is different from the alarm status of the monitoring system, the server overrides the alarm status.

A vehicle monitoring system for monitoring a vehicle includes one or more processors and one or more computer storage media storing instructions that are operable, when executed by the one or more processors, to cause the one or more processors to perform operations. The operations include: receiving, from a vehicle occupancy monitor and by the vehicle monitoring system, vehicle occupancy data that indicates presence of a vehicle occupant; receiving, by the vehicle monitoring system and from a sensor, sensor data that indicates an attribute of the vehicle; analyzing, by the vehicle monitoring system, the vehicle occupancy data and the sensor data; and based on analyzing the vehicle occupancy data and the sensor data, performing a vehicle monitoring system action.
