    Abstract: A polyolefin compositions comprising: A) From 77 wt % to 90 wt %, of a propylene homopolymer having the fraction soluble in xylene at 25° C. lower than 2 wt %; B) from 10 wt % to 23 wt % of a copolymer of ethylene with one C4-C10 alpha-olefin containing from 20 wt % to 30 wt %, of said C4-C10 alpha-olefin derived units; said composition having the value of melt flow rate (MFR) at 230° C., 2.16 kg of from 0.5 to 4.5 g/10 min; the total content of ethylene of from 10 wt % to 18 wt %; the value of the intrinsic viscosity of the total fraction soluble in Xylene at 25° C.     Abstract: A process for the preparation of high purity propylene polymers carried out in the presence of a catalyst comprising the product obtained by contacting: (a) a solid catalyst component comprising Mg, Ti and at least a first internal electron donor compound (HD) selected among the succinates and a second internal electron donor compound (2ID) selected among the 1,3-diethers, wherein the molar ratio of first internal donor over second internal donor 1ID:2ID is comprised between 4:6 and 9:1, with (b) an organo-aluminium compound, and optionally with (c) an external electron donor compound, said process being carried out at a temperature equal or higher than 78° C. and by employing a molar ratio of organo-aluminum compound over solid catalyst component (b):(a) of lower than 5.

    Abstract: A polyolefin composition made from or containing:



    (I) 50-95% by weight of a heterophasic polyolefin composition made from or containing:
    (A) 10-40% by weight of a propylene polymer selected from the group consisting of propylene homopolymers and copolymers of propylene with an alpha-olefin, having 1.0-6.0% by weight of units deriving from the alpha-olefin, wherein the propylene polymer (A) having a melt flow rate (MFRA) ranging from 20 to 60 g/10 min.; and
    (B) 60-90% by weight of a copolymer of propylene with an alpha-olefin, having 20-35% by weight of units deriving from the alpha-olefin,
    wherein the fraction of the heterophasic polyolefin composition (I) soluble in xylene at 25° C. (XS(I)) is equal to or higher than 60% by weight; and
    (II) 5-50% by weight of a propylene-ethylene copolymer having 12-25% by weight of units deriving from ethylene.

    Abstract: A multilayer film made from or containing at least one layer made from or containing a polyolefin composition made from or containing: A) 5-35% by weight, based upon the total weight of the polyolefin composition, of a propylene homopolymer or a propylene ethylene copolymer; B) 25-50% by weight, based upon the total weight of the polyolefin composition, of a copolymer of ethylene and a C3-C8 alpha-olefin containing 0.1-20% by weight of C3-C8 alpha-olefin units; and C) 30-60% by weight, based upon the total weight of the polyolefin composition, of a copolymer of ethylene and propylene containing 25-75% by weight of ethylene units.
