Abstract: The present invention relates to q method for preparing a tank mix which comprises the step of contacting a pesticide formulation water and a tank mix adjuvant wherein the tank mix adjuvant comprises a base which contains a mixture of an alkali salt of carbonate and an alkali salt of hydrogencarbonate and wherein the tank mix adjuvant is present in form of an aqueous liquid which contains at least 50 g/l of the base or in form of a particulate solid which contains at least 10 wt% of the base. The invention also relates to a use of a tank mix adjuvant for increasing the efficacy of a pesticide wherein the tank mix adjuvant comprises a base which contains a mixture of an alkali salt of carbonate and an alkali salt of hydrogencarbonate and wherein the tank mix adjuvant is present in form of an aqueous liquid which contains at least 50 g/l of the base or in form of a particulate solid which contains at least 10 wt% of the base; to a tank mix adjuvant which comprises an auxiliary and a base which contains a mixture of an alkali salt of carbonate and an alkali salt of hydrogencarbonate wherein the tank mix adjuvant is present in form of an aqueous liquid which contains at least 50 g/l of the base; to a tank mix adjuvant which comprises an auxiliary and a base which contains a mixture of an alkali salt of carbonate and an alkali salt of hydrogencarbonate wherein the tank mix adjuvant is present in form in form of a particulate solid which contains at least 10 wt% of the base; and to a method of controlling phytopathogenic fungi and/or undesired vegetation and/or undesired insect or mite attack and/or for regulating the growth of plants wherein the tank mix is allowed to act on the respective pests their environment or the plants to be protected from the respective pest on the soil and/or on undesired plants and/or the crop plants and/or their environment.

También un uso de un adyuvante de mezcla en tanque para aumentar la eficacia de un pesticida, en donde el adyuvante de mezcla en tanque comprende una base seleccionada de un carbonato y/o un fosfato, y en donde el adyuvante de mezcla en tanque está presente en forma de un sólido particulado, que contiene al menos 10 % en peso de la base; un adyuvante de mezcla en tanque que comprende un auxiliar y una base seleccionada de un carbonato y/o un fosfato, en donde el adyuvante de mezcla en tanque está presente en forma de un sólido particulado, que contiene al menos 10 % en peso de la base; y un método para controlar hongos fitopatógenos y/o vegetación indeseada y/o el ataque indeseado por insectos o ácaros y/o para regular el crecimiento de plantas, en donde la mezcla en tanque se deja actuar sobre las respectivas plagas, su medio ambiente o las plantas a proteger de las respectivas plagas, sobre el suelo y/o sobre las plantas indeseadas y/o las plantas de cultivo y/o su medio ambiente.
