Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire sealing/pumping-up device which can secure the keeping quality of a sealing agent and rapidly supply the sealing agent into a pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: An insertion part 60A of a fixture 60 is inserted into a fixture insertion hole 42 of a sealing device 10 and thereby, a perforation member 50 breaks through an aluminum seal 30 to help squeeze the insertion part 60A into a container. Next, since the apex of the insertion part 60A is positioned near the internal upper wall surface of a fluid agent container 18, a compressor air is supplied into the liquid agent container 18 by actuating a compressor unit. The compressed air does not surface as bubbles through the sealing agent 32, as the end part of a first passage 62 formed in the fixture 60, is positioned above the fluid level of the sealing agent 32. Consequently, it is possible to rapidly supply the sealing agent 32 into the pneumatic tire. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing pump-up device capable of easily replacing a liquid agent container in which a sealant is housed. SOLUTION: An opening 34 large enough to make the liquid agent container 18 accessible is formed to the part opposed to the liquid agent container 18 of a housing 14. The opening 34 is formed into a shape which forms the end surface of the housing 14 into an L-shape and notches the side surface part over the whole region in the height direction of the housing 14. A lid member 50 can be attached to the opening 34 to cover and close the opening 34 in the state attached to the housing 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing/pumping-up apparatus where a sealing agent leaked from a pressure relief valve hardly splashes about an operator on pressure relief. SOLUTION: The inside of a relay member 52 is divided partitioned by a partition wall 54 into a first room R1 and a second room R2. Next, a first connecting part 64 communicating with the first room R1 is projected towards outside, on the side of the first room R1 of the relay member 52 and a branch pipe 67 is connected to the first connecting part 64. Further, on the side of the second room R2 of the relay member 52, a second connecting part 65 communicating with the second room R2 is projected towards outside and the second connecting part 65 is opened in the atmosphere. A communicating hole 54A for connecting the first room R1 with the second room R2 is formed on a partition wall 54, and a capping member 56 is arranged in the first room R1 and covers the communicating hole 54A from the side of the first room R1. Further the capping member 56 is energized by a spring 60 and is arranged at a closing position P2 usually to close the communicating hole 54A. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing pump-up device made it hard to sprinkle the sealant, which is leaked from a pressure release valve at the time of release of pressure, over an operator. SOLUTION: A valve main body 52 is formed into a spherical shape so as to cut off the flow channel F of a joint hose 66. A through-hole channel 52A and a pressure release hole 52B are formed to the valve main body 52. When an operation part 54 is arranged at a communication position P1, the pressure release hole 52B is closed without being exposed to the flow channel F and, when the operation part 54 is arranged at an open position P2, the pressure release hole 52B is exposed to the flow channel F to open the flow channel F to the outside. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform the repairing work of a punctured pneumatic tire and to certainly inject a necessary amount of a sealing agent in the pneumatic tire while inclining a sealing pump-up device. SOLUTION: The sealing pump-up device 30 is constituted so that compressed air is supplied to an air chamber part 46 by an air compressor 40 and a plunger member 48 is moved upward not only to expand the internal volume of the air chamber part but also to contract the internal volume of a liquid chamber part. As a result, the sealing agent 52 is forcibly pushed out of the liquid chamber part and injected in the tire through a joint hose 60. Further, when the plunger member is moved up to an upper limit position in the pump-up device, the air chamber part 46 is allowed to communicate with the liquid chamber part 44 by the bypass flow channel 66 formed to a cylinder container 42. By this constitution, the compressed air obtained by the air compressor is supplied into the tire through the air chamber part, the bypass passage, the liquid chamber part and the joint hose. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a rubber crack and separation of a code from rubber in a rubber product such as a tire in an early stage to estimate a damage state therein, by simple constitution. SOLUTION: The generation number of an AE wave is counted by an AE wave generation number counting means 12 for counting the AE waves from an AE sensor 11 attached to an inside of a wheel rim part in the tire, the generation number is accumulated by an AE wave accumulation number calculating means 13 to find a degree of variation in an AE wave accumulation number, and the degree of variation in the AE wave accumulation number is compared with tables 14a, 14b indicating a relation between an AE wave accumulation number and the tire damage state stored preliminarily in a storage means 14 to estimate the tire damage state such as the rubber crack and the side separation, by a tire damage state estimating means 15. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance feed efficiency of compressed air into a pneumatic tire by standardizing torque required to rotate a crank shaft from starting of feeding of compressed air into a pneumatic tire to completion. SOLUTION: The pump up device is constituted such that a volume adjustment mechanism 112 gradually reduce a compression ratio of air in a cylinder chamber 88 by a piston 102 according to raising of internal pressure of a tire. Thereby, a compression ratio of air in a cylinder chamber 88 by the piston 102 approximately becomes the maximum immediately after the compression air is started to be fed into the tire and the maximum pressure at which air compressed in the cylinder chamber 88 becomes low. Thereafter, internal pressure is also raised as the internal pressure of the tire is raised, however, a compression ratio of air by the piston 102 is gradually reduced as the internal pressure of the cylinder chamber 88 is raised. Therefore, rising of the maximum pressure of air compressed in the cylinder chamber 88 by the piston 102 can be suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
