Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a form panel that shortens the construction term and reduces cost by filling a resin foam into the interior, inserting mounting members for mounting a separator and blow-molding a resin hollow molding. SOLUTION: A form panel 1 is molded by inserting a cylindrical mounting member 4 having an internal thread 4A in the inside periphery into the interior of a resin hollow molding 1 during blow-molding. Simultaneously with that, a resin foam 3 is filled into the interior of the form panel 1 and fused with the interior of a hollow molding 2. The mounting member 4 may be either hardware or made of a resin. External threads 5A of the both ends of a separator 5 are screwed into the internal threads 4A and concrete is placed into a space 20 so as to maintain a prescribed interval between the form panels 1. The mounting member 4 may be embedded into the interior halfway from the rear side of the form panels 1, or anchors may be inserted together with the mounting members 4, thereby eliminating the need for assembling a support or the like, shortening the term of construction and reducing construction cost.

SOLUTION: The inside of a plastic hollow product 2 is filled with a plastic foaming body 3, a plurality of depressed recess parts 5 are formed from the surface side to the rear face side, and a waterproof panel 1 insulating a foaming body 3 from the recess part 5 by an inner peripheral wall 6 continuously formed on a surface side resin material in which one end of the recess part 5 is opened and a bottom wall 7 formed of rear face side resin material is attached to an attaching face 4. In the case, the rear face is abutted on the attaching face 4 to drive a stop tool 8 to the attaching face 4 from the bottom wall 7 of the recess part 5, a female screw part 6A is formed on the inner peripheral wall 6 of the recess part 5, a cap 10 in which a male screw part 10A screwed on the female screw part 6A is formed on the outer periphery is formed from the same kind of the resin material as a hollow product 2, primer processing is performed on the outer peripheral face of the cap 10 and the inner peripheral wall of the recess part 5, sealing material 11 is provided therebetween, and the cap 10 is watertightly fixed on the recess part 5.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously and effectively reduce a sound pressure level in the nearly whole band containing a low frequency band by providing a vibrationproof means and a resonance sound absorbing means on a ceiling slab made of a concrete slab and the like. SOLUTION: A ceiling plate 3 is fitted through a vibrationproof means 2 fixedly provided on a ceiling slab 1 made of a concrete slab and the like, and a resonance sound absorbing mechanism 4 is provided in an air layer which is a space not provided with the vibrationproof means 2 between the ceiling slab 1 and the ceiling plate 3. This vibrationproof means 2 is constituted of fitting jigs 21 fixedly provided on the ceiling slab 1, fitting jigs 22 fixing the ceiling plate 3, and shear type vibrationproof rubber 23 connecting together both fitting jigs 21, 22. As for the resonance sound absorbing mechanism 4, a resonator constituted of a main body part 31, a neck part 32, and an opening part 33 is used. Hereby, in the nearly whole band containing noise in a low frequency band to be exceedingly problems in heavy weight source floor impact sound, the sound pressure level can be simultaneously and effectively reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sound insulation property from deteriorating due to low frequency band resonant transmission and reduce noise in a medium/high frequency range by arranging sound absorbing material on one parts containing four corners in the circumference of a ceiling plate contacted with walls, and filling it so that the section is formed into an N-gonal shape. SOLUTION: On a ceiling slab made of a concrete slab 1 and the like, by hangers hung down with anchor bolts, an internally faced ceiling material 4 is provided on one part of the ceiling face through an air layer 3. In this ceiling construction a sound absorbing material 5 is arranged on only one part containing at least four corners in the circumference of the ceiling material 4 contacting walls. The sound absorbing material 5 is filled so that the section is formed into an N-gonal shape (where N is an integer number of five or more). As for the sound absorbing material 5, a material constituted of a fiber aggregate having a fixed gas permeability and a ventilation resistance is used. Then, the sound insulation property against heavy weight source floor impact sound by low frequency band resonant transmission can be prevented from deteriorating, and simultaneously light weight source floor impact noise in the medium/high frequency range can be reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in resistance to thermal deterioration, flexibility or the like and capable of developing antimicrobial property by compounding a specific hydrogenated diene-based copolymer with polypropylene or propylene block copolymer and an antimicrobial agent. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by melting and mixing a compound comprising (A) a copolymer of at least one kind of hydrogenated conjugated diene with a vinyl-aromatic compound, (B) a polypropylene or a propylene-based block copolymer and (C) an antimicrobial agent. It is preferable that 70-10 pts.wt. polypropylene as the component B is compounded with 30-90 pts.wt. component A or 95-20 pts.wt. propylene-based block copolymer as the component B is compounded with 5-80 pts.wt. component A. In the component A, >=80% double bond in the conjugated diene chain is preferably hydrogenated. The component C is preferably compounded in an amount of 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. polymer which becomes a substrate for antimicrobial waterproof sheet made of the composition.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition which can give a waterproof sheet excellent in heat deterioration resistance, flexibility, heat weldability, processability and impact resistance by compounding a hydrogenated SBR with a polypropylene. SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by compounding 5-80 pts.wt. at least one hydrogenated rubber comprising a conjugated diene and a vinylaromatic compound with 95-20 pts.wt. block propylene copolymer. The composition is desirably one wherein the block propylene copolymer comprises 1-70 wt.% polypropylene and 99-30 wt.% propylene/ethylene random copolymer component containing 10-35 mol.% ethylene-derived monomer units and 90-65 mol.% propylene-derived monomer units and having a melt index of 0.5-50 g/10 min.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce noise such as floor impact noise throughout a wide range extending from a low frequency area to a high frequency area by a method wherein the whole of an air layer arranged between a ceiling slab and a ventilation material is filled with a sound absorbing material which is disposed. SOLUTION: A hanger 12 is suspended by an anchor bolt 11 buried in a ceiling slab 1, such as a concrete slab, and a venting material 3 is arranged at a furring strip holder fixed by the hanger 12 through an air layer 2. All the air layer 2, i.e. a space between the ceiling slab 1 and the venting material 3, is filled with a sound absorbing material 4, which is disposed. It is preferable that a substance made of a paper and having a honeycomb structure wherein a number of hexagonal venting holes longitudinally and laterally are opened in succession is used. This constitution effective reduces the generation of noise, such as floor impact noise, throughout a wide range extending from a low frequency to a high frequency.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test a water-leakage section by irradiating it with an ultraviolet ray while pressurizing a joint section after inspection liquid specifying content ratio of fluorescent paint is applied to the sheet joint section. SOLUTION: Inspection liquid containing fluorescent paint is applied to a joint section 2 of waterproof sheets 1, and the inspection liquid is infiltrated in water-leakage section of a defect part in the joint section 2 by means of capillarity action. Then, the surplus inspection liquid on the surface is wiped out with waste, etc., to eliminate. Successively, when the joint section 2 is irradiated with an ultraviolet ray by means of an ultraviolet lamp while pressurizing this joint with a roller 5, infiltrated inspection liquid infiltrated in the water- leakage section is pushed out, and the water-leakage section is irradiated with the ultraviolet ray to illuminate. In that case, content ratio of the fluorescent paint in the inspection liquid is 0.15-0.25 wt.%. By the constitution, the defect part can be simply and surely found out, at the same time, any part in the joint section of the sheets can be inspected, and even a small defect can be detected.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligneous finishing material at a low cost in which marring resistance and mutual bonding force are excellent and a warpage of a baseplate is not caused. SOLUTION: The ligneous finishing material is produced by superposing a sheet 2 being in a prepreg state containing a thermosetting resin on a baseplate 1 capable of impregnation of a resin and a superposing decorative material 3 capable of impregnation of a resin on the sheet 2 and performing thermal press to mutually bond them. Thermal press temperature is 130-180 deg.C and press pressure is 1-20kgf/cm and press time is 2.5-20 minutes. Thereby, a warpage of the baseplate is not caused and it is prevented that deterioration of the resin is caused by overheating and hardening of the resin is made insufficient by shortage of heating. The thermosetting resin in the sheet is impregnated into the decorative material and hardened. Marring resistance of the decorative material is enhanced.

SOLUTION: The ligneous finishing material is produced by superposing a sheet 2 being in a prepreg state containing a thermosetting resin on a baseplate 1 capable of impregnation of a resin and superposing a decorative material 3 capable of impregnation of a resin on the sheet 2 and performing thermal press to mutually bond them. After thermal press is performed for 5 minutes at 150 deg.C press temperature and 10kgf/cm press pressure, tensile break strength of the sheet is >=10kgf. Thereby, marring resistance is enhanced by using the proper sheet 2.
