    Abstract: There is an aircraft lounge assembly (85) comprising an enclosure that includes a rear wall (46), first and second side walls (48) and a forward wall (44) that cooperate to define a seating area. First and second seats (18) are positioned in the seating area. A first dividing wall (124) is positioned between the first and second seats. The first dividing wall divides the seating area into a first seat section (126) and a second seat section (128). The front wall includes a shared entrance space (84) defined therein. A first seat path (P1) is defined between the shared entrance space and the first seat section. A second seat path (P2) is defined between the shared entrance space and the second seat section. The aircraft lounge assembly further comprises third and fourth seats (18) positioned in the seating area. A second dividing wall (130) is positioned between the second and third seats and a third dividing wall (132) is positioned between the third and fourth seats. The third dividing wall divides the seating area into a third seat section (134) and a fourth seat section (136). The front wall includes a second shared entrance space (84) defined therein, wherein a third seat path (P3) is defined between the second shared entrance space and the third seat section and a fourth seat path (P4) is defined between the second shared entrance space and the fourth seat section. The second dividing wall extends between the rear wall and the front wall.

    Abstract: An aircraft storage bin that includes an upper housing and a bucket movable with respect to the upper housing between a closed position and an open position. The upper housing and the bucket cooperate to define a bin interior. The bucket includes a bottom and first and second opposing side walls. The bottom of the bucket includes an outer surface, an inner surface, a front edge, and first and second protrusions protruding into the bin interior. The first protrusion defines a first luggage engaging surface and the second protrusion defines a second luggage engaging surface. The first protrusion includes an inner surface and an outer surface that defines a channel. The channel includes at least a portion of a latch button assembly disposed therein.     Abstract: There is provided a pivot bin assembly configured to receive luggage and be positioned in the interior of an aircraft. The pivot bin assembly comprises: an upper housing that includes a strongback and first and second side panels which include a bottom edge; a bucket that cooperates with the upper housing to define a bin interior, wherein the bucket includes a bottom and first and second opposing sides which include a top edge, and wherein, when the pivot bin assembly receives luggage in the bin interior, the luggage is positioned on the bottom of the bucket, which bears the load of the luggage; a first pivot mechanism operatively associated with the first side panel and the bucket; a second pivot mechanism operatively associated with the second side panel and the bucket, such that the bucket pivots with respect to the upper housing between an open position and a closed position, wherein, in the closed position, at least a portion of the top edge of the first side of the bucket abuts the bottom edge of the first side panel, and at least a portion of the top edge of the second side of the bucket abuts the bottom edge of the second side panel; a first connecting unit having a first end pivotally connected to the first side of the bucket and a second end pivotally connected to the first side panel; and a second connecting unit having a first end pivotally connected to the second side of the bucket and a second end pivotally connected to the second side panel, wherein the first and second connecting units provide one or both of damping when the bucket pivots to the open position and/or assistance when the bucket pivots to the closed position.
