    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the efficient and timing margin by generating the variation of the clock number required to reflesh or the variation of the phase between the input and output signals with a circuit means based on the signal outputted from a frequency divider circuit. CONSTITUTION:The frequency divider circuit 3 frequency-divides an inputted clock signal CK and the signal is outputted in a central processing unit CPU 4. Also based on the signal outputted from the circuit 3, the circuit means generates the variation of the clock number required to reflesh or the variation of the phase between the input and output signals. The circuit means has a generation circuit 7 of a reflesh timing signal. The circuit means generating the variation of the phase with this timing outputs the input signal before the variation of the phase to the outside and outputs the output signal after the variation of the phase to the CPU 4. Then the reflesh cycle can be set at the optional clock number, the external reflesh circuit is unnecessary, a high speed system is constituted and the efficient and timing margin increases.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a time report closely related to daily life by detecting rain fall with a time report device having a clock means and a time setting means, and delaying the report according to an output signal from a rain fall detection means, when the predetermined time and clock agree to each other. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 2A is connected to a power supply A. Also, another electrode 2B is connected to grounding potential via a resistor R2, and to an amplifier/comparator 2D. A detection section 2C drops in electrical resistance, when deposited with moisture (rain drops). When no rain drop is deposited within the range of the aforesaid detection section 2C, the electrical resistance thereof is at a high level. Consequently, the potential of a position 2E becomes low (V0). Upon deposition of rain drops within the range of the detection section 2C, the potential of the position 2E changes to a high level (V1). The threshold value of the comparator 2D is determined between both of the potential V0 and V1. According to the aforesaid construction, a report time is delayed, when an output signal from the comparator 2D is '1' due to rain fall, and a buzzer is actuated, when data from a clock means agrees to the report time.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To output a picture in the erected state at an output device such as a display device even when the device itself is tilted by applying erection correction to inputted picture information and outputting the result based on the tilt of a detected picture input face. CONSTITUTION:When a picture is inputted from a picture input section 1 comprising a television camera or the like, a gravity direction data from a gravity sensor section 4 is fetched and a tilt angle of the picture input section 1 is obtained by the gravity direction data. Binary picture information stored in a 1st memory 2 with the obtained tilt angle is stored at an address location of a 2nd memory 5 subject to coordinate conversion. The picture information stored in the 2nd memory 5 is read and the picture subject to erection correction is outputted. Thus, even when the picture input section such as a television camera or the like is tilted, the erected picture output is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily indicate a printing start position with high accuracy by irradiating the next printing start position on a sheetlike medium to be recorded with the beam generated from the beam generating means moving in integrated relation to a printing mechanism part to show said printing start position. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 11 receives the input moving a movable printing mechanism part 1 from an input part 13 and uses a printing drive part 14 to move the printing mechanism part 1 and supplies a current to the light emitting element 71 of a light emitter 7 using a light emitting element driving circuit 15 to allow said light emitting element to light (ON) and the light emitted from the light emitting element 71 is formed into a spot image 8 on the surface of paper 4. An operator continuously pushes a printing moving key until the spot image 8 reaches a desired arbitrary printing start position. When there is printing start input thereafter, the light emitting element 71 is put out (OFF) through the light emitting element driving circuit 15 and printing operation is started from the position of the printing mechanism part 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make searching of an aimed character easier and faster by providing area for a sentence file storing inputted characters, pointer indicating display starting positions, etc., in a storage device and displaying characters and symbols in a sentence in the direction of lines. CONSTITUTION:The storage device 2C is provided with areas for a sentence file 2G storing characters, pointer 2F indicating display starting positions, etc. When an input is discriminated as 'next picture key' at the time of displaying characters of the next one picture continuously to already displayed characters, the number of the displaying lines of a display device 2B is added to the pointer 2F. Then '1' is inputted to the row-direction pointer and line-direction pointer in a displaying pointer 2H and the characters in the file 2G corresponding to the lines and rows being displayed are displayed on the device 2B by using a displaying font. This operation is repeated to the maximum number of lines. When an aimed character does not exist in the characters displayed in the line direction, the 'next picture key' is again inputted. Then the next picture is displayed from the line direction, and thus, the aimed character can be found easily and quickly.

Then, when 'NE' in KANA is converted into 'N' pulse 'E' in KANA which are separated characters, a cursor is moved to a position 3b in figure B by using cursor movement keys 2b and a conversion key 2d is pressed; and then a character judging means 3 converts the character 'NE' in KANA at the cursor position into 'N' (m) plus a vowel 'E' (included in 'NE' to perform correct conversion to 'DEN, EN, CHO, FU' in KANA as shown in figure C and the converted word is inputted to a storage device 4 and then displayed on a display part 5.

CONSTITUTION:A central processor 1a discriminates the paper size (a), namely, B5, A4 or B4, set by a slide switch 2 of an input device 1b. For example, when size A4 is set, the processor 1a stores the contens of right and left margin initial vlues A4LM, A4RM respectively into memory areas LAMP, RMP, and displays the values on a display device 1d. Accordingly, non-standard right and left margins arising from differences in the paper size can be avoided, and the user can print without regard to the paper size. Also, since a slide switch or the like is used as a paper size setting means, complicated and troublesome processing in selecting the paper size by using the display device is unncessary.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To omit shift mode changing operation at the time of correction, to avoid providing of an unnecessary number of memory areas of shift made and to make effective use of a memory by storing input characters and shift modes. CONSTITUTION:Symbols of M1-M4 are allowed to correspond to each shift mode, i.e. hiragana (cursive form of Japananese syllabary), katakana (square form of Japanese syllabary), capital characters of alphabet, and small characters of alphatet. For instance, a (hiragana) i (hiragana) u, e (katakana) o (hiragana) are inputted, symbols M1, M1, M4, M2, M1 that indicate shift modes are inputted to pointers 4e-4a of a character mode buffer 1g. When e (katakana) is to be corrected to o (katakana), a cursor shifting key of the symbols is depressed twice. Then, the cursor comes under e (katakana). The pointer 4f indicates +2. This indicates character mode buffer 4b. The mode changes the shift mode buffer 1h to katakana mode by looking at the content M2 of 4b. When o (katakana) is inputted, o (katakana) is indicated and stored. Thus correction is finished.
