When the timing of the advertisement data (beer) corresponding to the behavioral tendency of the user acquired from the server is detected according to recognition from the image, voice and time and environmental recognition by the various sensors, the advertisement data are output in the form of a voice from a speaker 7a and an image on an LCD touch panel 8 to place an advertisement to the user.
