Abstract:
A valve (1) is disclosed, having a channel (2) which, at at least one end, forms a valve connection (32, 33) and which has in its circumferential wall at least one opening (7, 8), and having a valve element which influences the pressure and/or the flow in the valve (1). It is desired to manufacture such a valve inexpensively whilst nevertheless ensuring a reliably operating construction. For that purpose, the circumferential wall is externally flattened in the region (4) of the opening (7, 8).
Abstract:
A hydraulic radial piston machine is disclosed, having at least one radially oriented cylinder (7) which is connected to a cylinder carrier. To manufacture a light-weight machine that is inexpensive to complete, the cylinder carrier (14) is formed from a sheet material (15) which is shaped circumferentially to form a closed ring.
Abstract:
A gear (1) for a hydraulic piston machine having at least one gear pairing comprising two gearwheels (6, 10). It is desirable to be able to operate such a gear with relatively high efficiency also with a hydraulic machine that operates with water or a corresponding fluid as hydraulic fluid. For that purpose, the first (6) of the two gearwheels is made of a metal and the second (10) of the two gearwheels consists, at least at its surface, of a friction-reducing plastics material.
Abstract:
A hydraulic planetary piston motor (1) is disclosed, having a set of gearwheels (4) comprising an internally toothed annular gear (2) and an externally toothed gearwheel (3) which mesh with one another and form working chambers (5), which chambers are connectable by way of a commutation valve to a suction port and a delivery port (15) respectively in a housing (8), the commutation valve comprising a rotary slide valve (21) which is pressed against a valve plate (19) by a pressure-applying plate (20) that is mounted with an axial extension (39) in a bore (9) in the housing (8). It is desirable for such a motor to be constructed so that it can be operated in two directions of rotation with negligible leakages in the region of the commutation valve. For that purpose, the extension (39) has a pressure face pointing perpendicular to the axial direction. Furthermore, a change-over device (38) is provided, which acts upon this pressure face with the higher of the two pressures at the ports, irrespective of the pressure direction between the two ports (15).
Abstract:
A control arrangement for the superheat temperature of at least one evaporator (8) of a refrigeration system having a refrigerant circulation, in which at least one compressor, a condenser, an electronically controlled expansion valve (7) and the evaporator (8) are arranged in series, contains a measuring device (9, 10, 11) connected to the evaporator (8), which device produces a measurement signal (Tü) that is a measure of the superheat temperature of the refrigerant in the evaporator (8), a comparator (1) to which the measurement signal (Tü) and a desired superheat temperature signal (Tüs) are arranged to be supplied, and a PID controller (2) arranged between the comparator (1) and the expansion valve (7). For rapid compensation of changes in the superheat temperature, a control signal (S) proportional to the evaporation temperature (To) of the refrigerant is arranged to be supplied additionally to the PID controller (2).
Abstract:
A closure for the filling opening (3) of a container (1) containing a pressure medium, in particular the filling opening of a vapour pressure sensor for the expansion valve of the evaporator of a refrigeration system, contains a first closure member (6) secured to form a seal, especially by means of a press fit, in the filling opening (3). In many applications, however, the closure is neither adequately sealed nor adequately strong. To solve that problem, a second closure member (7) is secured in front of the outside of the first closure member (6; 6a) to form a seal at the filling opening (3).
Abstract:
A container device (1) for storing media, comprising a plurality of inner containers (4) and an outer container (2), which is adapted to receive the inner containers and is provided with means (4) for enabling filling and/or emptying of at least one inner container, characterized in that the inner containers (4) comprise a row of interconnected bags (4, 6, 7) manufactured from foil (12) , and that at least one wall (2a) of the outer container is provided with at least one opening (5) through which outer connection to at least one bag is enabled.
Abstract:
A hydraulic axial piston machine (1) is disclosed, having a cylinder drum (3) with at least one cylinder (4), in which a piston (5) is arranged to move back and forth, which piston bears by way of a slider shoe (7) against a swash plate (8), wherein a pressure plate (9) is provided which holds the slider shoe (7) in contact with the swash plate (8) and is supported against the cylinder drum (3) by way of a ball-and-socket joint (10) comprising a ball-like body (12) and a counterpart (13). In such an arrangement, one would like to avoid weakening the pressure plate by the ball-and-socket joint. To that end, a part of the ball-and-socket joint (10) is provided with a supporting surface (17) which extends substantially parallel to the surface of the pressure plate (9) and by means of which this element (12) lies in face-to-face contact with the pressure plate (9).
Abstract:
A piston with a slide shoe is described for a hydraulic piston engine, where the piston is designed with a ball socket, and where the slide shoe is provided with a corresponding ball head, whereby these are connected in a ball-and-socket joint, and where the ball head of the slide shoe is designed as a unit moulded into the ball socket in friction reducing material of uneven material thickness. Hereby an improved fixation of the moulded-on ball head on the slide shoe is achieved.
Abstract:
A valve (1) is disclosed having a closure member (4) which co-operates with a valve seat (3) and is movable by an actuating device with a driver element (5), which driver element is guided in a housing (2). It is desirable for such a valve to operate reliably and have a long service life. For that purpose, a high-temperature thermoplast (6) is arranged between the housing (2) and the driver element (5).
