    Abstract: En un proceso para concentrar una solución acuosa de peróxido de hidrógeno para dar dos corrientes de peróxido de hidrógeno de diferente concentración en un aparato que comprende un preevaporador (1), una columna de destilación (2) y un compresor de vapor (3), en donde la solución acuosa de peróxido de hidrógeno por concentrar (4) se alimenta de forma continua en el preevaporador, el vapor (5) producido por evaporación en el preevaporador se alimenta a la columna de destilación, el producto inferior (6) obtenido en el preevaporador se extrae como una primera corriente concentrada de peróxido de hidrógeno (7), el vapor (8) producido en la columna de destilación se extrae de la columna de destilación en la parte superior de la columna, se comprende por medio del compresor de vapor y se usa para calentar el preevaporador y el producto inferior (9) obtenido en la columna de destilación se extrae como segunda corriente concentrada de peróxido de hidrógeno (10), donde dos soluciones concentradas de peróxido de hidrógeno tienen diferentes concentraciones en el rango del 50 al 70% en peso de peróxido de hidrógeno, se puede producir al mismo tiempo en una relación de libre elección alimentando parte del producto inferior obtenido en el preevaporador en forma líquida a la columna de destilación.

    Abstract: In einem Verfahren zum Aufkonzentrieren von wässriger Wasserstoffperoxidlösung zu zwei Wasserstoffperoxidströmen unterschiedlicher Konzentration in einer Vorrichtung umfassend einen Vorverdampfer (1), eine Destillationskolonne (2) und einen Brüdenverdichter (3), bei dem kontinuierlich die zu konzentrierende wässrige Wasserstoffperoxidlösung (4) dem Vorverdampfer zugeführt wird, im Vorverdampfer durch Verdampfung erzeugte Brüden (5) der Destillationskolonne zugeführt werden, im Vorverdampfer erhaltenes Sumpfprodukt (6) als ein erster konzentrierter Wasserstoffperoxidstrom (7) entnommen wird, in der Destillationskolonne erzeugte Brüden (8) der Destillationskolonne am Kolonnenkopf entnommen, über den Brüdenverdichter verdichtet und zur Beheizung des Vorverdampfers verwendet werden und in der Destillationskolonne erhaltenes Sumpfprodukt (9) als ein zweiter konzentrierter Wasserstoffperoxidstrom (10) entnommen wird, lassen sich gleichzeitig zwei konzentrierte Wasserstoffperoxidlösungen unterschiedlicher Konzentration im Bereich von 50 bis 70 Gew.-% Wasserstoffperoxid in frei wählbarem Verhältnis herstellen, indem ein Teil des im Vorverdampfer erhaltenen Sumpfprodukts der Destillationskolonne flüssig zugeführt wird.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for carrying out gas-liquid reactions in a flow reactor (1) having several parallel reactor chambers (8) which are open in t he direction of flow. Space-time yield can be increased by using a reactor having at least three chambers whose ratio of chamber width b to slot width s on average is greater than 3, where the slot width s is between 5 and 100 mm, s is preferably between 5 and 50 mm and s/b is between 5 and 100. The flow reactor provided for by the invention, which comprises at least three chambers (8) and presents the above ratio s/b, is preferably tubular and contains one or more plate stacks (5). The above method is suitable for the production of hydrogen peroxide in accordance with the anthraquinone method, using a suspension--hydrogenation catalyst.
