When the present set value is 27 deg.C and a set value to be set afresh this time is 13 deg.C, for instance, the present value is changed in such a way as 27→28→29→30→10→11→12→13 deg.C by pushing the up key. When the present set value is 14 deg.C and the set value to be set afresh this time is 28 deg.C, on the other hand, the present value can be changed also in such a way as 14→13→12→11→10→30→29→28 deg.C by pushing a down key 2. Accordingly, fresh setting can be executed by a minimum key input operation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To detect a position of a supported body at a working point of an electromagnet for controlling by having a bearing electric power source of a pulse width modulation type, measuring its switching ripple current and detecting information of a displacement amount of the supported body. CONSTITUTION:Output of a pulse width modulation type bearing electric power source 21 is detected by an electric current detector 23 as a switching ripple current pulse width of which is modulated is applied to a coil 12. This output is fed back to the bearing electric power source 21, and simultaneously, it enters a band pass filter 24. A magnetic circuit constituted of a supported body 13 and a yoke part 14 changes in inductance seen from the coil 12 in accordance with position of the supported body 13, and a signal detected and rectified by a rectification circuit 25 comes to be a signal corresponding to a change. Consequently, output of a low-pass filter 26 comes to be a signal in an amount corresponding to an interval X between the supported body 13 and the yoke part 14. Accordingly, structure of a device becomes simple, and it is possible to matching a position detecting point and a working point of the supported body with each other and detect them.
