PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base makeup cosmetic suppressing the abrupt change of gradation caused by an observing angle when it is applied on skin, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: This base makeup cosmetic is provided with that when incident light falls on from -45° direction relative to a light-receiving surface by taking an applied layer surface as the light-receiving surface, the chroma (C*45) and hue angle (∠h*45) of reflected light in specular reflection direction (45° direction), and the chroma (C*0) and hue angle (∠h*0) of the reflected light in diffused reflection direction (0° direction) satisfy following formulas (1) and (2), and also the hue angle of the cosmetic is in 40 to 80° range. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that can obtain a color image and a polarization image without reducing resolution. SOLUTION: The imaging device includes a polarization filter section having a plurality of polarization filters that pass light in a first wavelength band regardless of polarization state and respectively pass light in a second wavelength band in different polarization states, a color filter section having a plurality of color filters that pass light in the second wavelength band regardless of band and respectively pass light in the first wavelength band in different bands, and an image sensor element having a plurality of pixels that receive the light passed through the plurality of polarization filters and the plurality of color filters respectively.
