Abstract: PURPOSE: To facilitate ciphering of motion image data with high security by discriminating a coding type of frame data of a coded motion image and ciphering either of frame data. CONSTITUTION: Frame data of a picked-up motion image are given to a coding compression module 30, in which the data are coded by using an in-frame/inter- frame coding signal and the result is fed to a ciphering module 40. Then a delay control section 407 receiving the in-frame/inter-frame coding signal discriminates whether the coded frame motion image data are in-frame-coded or inter-frame-coded and the frame data subject to in-frame coding via a switch 401 in response to the result of discrimination are ciphered in a ciphering unit 402 according to prescribed algorithm. The other frame data are outputted as they are and motion image data are formed. Through the method of ciphering part of the frame data only, motion image data ciphered in a sophisticated way are easily formed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To average a network load and to attain a highly reliable controller by varying a request to a delay in response to a time at decoding. CONSTITUTION:A timer 5 counts a data storage time and when the data storage quantity in a transmission data storage circuit 4 reaches a prescribed quantity, the timer count is stored in the 1st register 6. Moreover, the preceding timer count is stored in the 2nd register 7. Then a difference between the storage value in the 1st register 6 and the storage value in the 2nd register 7 is calculated by a subtractor circuit 8 and a delay request circuit 9 gives a request of delay in response to the difference obtained by the subtraction circuit 8. A control means 12 reads delay request information from the header to set a transmission path of a packet network in response to the delay request information and a control signal representing it is supplied to an interface circuit 13. Thus, the network load is averaged and the highly reliable processing is attained.

When no priority packet transmission request exists and no save packet exists in a save buffer 3, the packet is not saved to the save buffer 3, the slot is sent to the insertion circuit 2, and when the channel is idle and a transmission packet exists in a transmission buffer 6, the packet is inserted, and when the channel is busy, the packet is not inserted even with the transmission packet in existence in the transmission buffer 6, but sent to the next communication controller. When the transmission buffer 6 has a priority packet and the save buffer 3 has no save packet and the slot is idle, the packet is not saved in the save buffer 3 and the inserting circuit 2 inserts the priority packet to the slot and the result is sent to the next communication controller.

When the frame arrives at the master station node again, the master station node knows that the address of its own node is written in a master node address 1A, and the communication direction display bit is rewritten from the master station to the slave station. The control part detects that the slave station can be received, sets a data reading instruction bit and starts the transmission of the data. When the slave station receives the frame, the communication direction display bit is changed, the data reading instruction is decoded and the data reading is started. The normal receiving bit is set and the master station node is responded.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a high speed circuit to be applied to a high speed transmission line by operating a reception circuit, a transmission circuit and a terminal section at a speed to separated sub-frames. CONSTITUTION:A serial/parallel conversion circuit 11 and a reception circuit 13 are provided to the input side of a communication control equipment 1, a parallel/serial conversion circuit 12 and a transmission circuit 14 are provided to the output side respectively at each sub-frame and bit string and the location of a bus-frame sending a packet is made variable between the said reception circuit 13 and the transmission circuit 14. The high speed frame sent from a high speed transmission line is demultiplexed into the sub-frame assembled with the data of the same bit only by the serial/parallel conversion circuit 11, received by the reception circuit 13, processed by a terminal section 15 and sent while being converted into a high speed frame by the parallel/serial conversion circuit 12 via the transmission circuit 14 in the unit of sub frames in case of the transmission. Thus, the reception circuit 14, the transmission circuit 14 and the terminal section 14 have only to be operated at the speed of the separated sub-frame.
