Abstract:
A heating apparatus for use in the process of coating workpieces with an aqueous colored material such as a water-base paint. Radiant heaters are used in a flash-off operation to remove moisture from the coating material on the workpieces while the workpieces are transported between the heaters. The coating color is specified in advance, and an optimal moisture removal operation is performed by automatically regulating the radiant heat intensity suitable for the specified color.

A representative method is a process which comprises reacting 5-fluorouracil and an isocyanate represented by a general formula:Y--(A)n--R--NCO (VII)wherein R, A, n and Y are the same as those indicated in the formula (I).
Abstract:
An electric power grid control system is provided with: distributed generators connected to an electric power grid; and voltage measurement units that measure voltage at connection points of the distributed generators to the electric power grid. When voltage at a connection point to the electric power grid deviates from a predetermined acceptable range, a centralized control device equally allocates a voltage adjustment amount for returning the voltage to the acceptable range to all distributed generators belonging to a predetermined group that was set in advance. Distribution processing devices cause the distributed generators to adjust voltage at the connection points in accordance with the voltage adjustment amount allocated from the centralized control device.
Abstract:
The HEMS of each consumer transmits the amount of surplus electricity that is expected by to be generated by a PV system, and/or the amount of electric power that is needed by a controllable load, in a predetermined time slot on a predetermined date, to a server apparatus. The server apparatus, based on the notified amount of surplus electricity and the amount of electric power that is needed by the controllable load, combines a first consumer and a second consumer so that the amount of electric power needed by the controllable load will be equal to or greater than the amount of surplus electricity. Then, under the control the HEMS of the second consumer, the surplus electricity that is generated by the first consumer is consumed by each controllable load.
Abstract:
A charging control system that controls charging of an automobile that uses electric power as motive power include a receiving unit that receives electric power demands from an electric power supplier side; and a control unit that controls charging on and off of the automobile. The control unit changes a ratio of a charging-on duration and a charging-off duration in each duration in allowable charging durations for the automobile according to changes of the electric power demands over time.
Abstract:
Charging control section 17 controls charging such that when the charging of an EV satisfies a predetermined condition, the EV is charged with electricity from a stationary energy storage and when the charging of the EV does not satisfy the predetermined condition, the EV is charged with electricity from an electric power grid and information communication grid 1 and the stationary energy storage is charged from electric power grid and information communication grid 1 based on the state of stored electricity of the stationary energy storage. Charging scheduling section 15 performs scheduling for the EV based on an electric power demand that cause electric power grid and information communication grid 1 to charge the EV with electricity, the electric power demand including electric power demand created by charging performed under the control of charging control section 17.
Abstract:
A battery control system that communicates by way of a communication network with a plurality of batteries that are connected to an electric power system includes: communication characteristics detection means that detects characteristics of communication paths between the batteries and the battery control system for each of the plurality of batteries; selection means that, based on the detection results of the communication characteristics detection means, selects from among the plurality of batteries each battery that uses a communication path having characteristics within a predetermined range of communication characteristics as a candidate of a regulating battery that is to be used for regulating the electric power of the electric power system, and that selects regulating batteries from among candidates of regulating batteries based on predetermined conditions; and control means that supplies operation instructions that instruct the regulating batteries to charge or discharge.
