PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition having good transparency and excellent mechanical strength, and placing few load on the environment.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyester resin composition comprising a polyester resin, and a fine cellulose fiber composite having a mean fiber diameter of 0.1-200 nm, preferably 0.2-100 nm and formed by joining a hydrocarbon group, preferably a 1C hydrocarbon group or a 2-30C saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched hydrocarbon group to a fine cellulose fiber by amide bonding.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection-molded material containing polylactic acid which excels in heat resistance, and is suitably used as moldings, such as an automobile interior part. SOLUTION: The injection-molded material for an automobile interior part includes: polylactic acid; a high crystalline polylactic acid based resin containing a plasticizer and a crystal nucleating agent; a polyolefin; and a compatibilizer, wherein the plasticizer has two or more ester groups in the molecule, at least one sort of alcoholic components which composes the ester groups is a compound in which 0.5-5 mols of a 2-3C alkylene oxide is added on average based on one hydroxy group, the crystal nucleating agent is a mixture of a crystal nucleating agent (a): a compound which has a hydroxy group and an amide group in the molecule and a crystal nucleating agent (b): phenylphosphonic acid or a metal salt of its derivative, and the compatibilizer is a modified polyolefin which has at least one sort of reactive groups chosen from the group consisting of an acid anhydride group, a carboxyl group, a hydroxy group and an amino group and/or a copolymer of ethylenically unsaturated monomers. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane sole having excellent surface properties, a method for the production of the polyurethane sole in high productivity and a catalyst for the production of the polyurethane sole. SOLUTION: The catalyst for the production of the polyurethane sole contains a tertiary amine and one or more kinds of saturated dicarboxylic acid selected from oxalic acid and malonic acid. The method for the production of the polyurethane sole comprises the reaction of a polyisocyanate component with a polyol component in the presence of the catalyst. The invention further provides the above method for the production of the polyurethane sole wherein the temperature of the polyol component is 30-50°C before reaction, and the polyurethane sole containing a tertiary amine and one or more saturated dicarboxylic acids selected from oxalic acid and malonic acid. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a molding which can produce the molding shaped in close correspondence to the inside shape of a molding die without generating a defect like air chip to degrade surface property on the molding surface. SOLUTION: A liquid molding material is injected into the molding die, in the presence of a surface treating agent containing a contact angle lowering material and under a condition to give the contact angle of 30° or less between the liquid molding material and the interior surface of the molding die. The surface treating agent, which is used in the production method of the molding by curing and molding the liquid molding material, contains the contact angle lowering material to give the contact angle of 30° or less between the liquid molding material and a smooth panel made of the identical material with the molding die, when added into the liquid molding material and dropped on the smooth panel or, when applied on the smooth panel and the liquid molding material is dropped on it. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polylactic acid resin composition which is excellent in bending strength and further to provide the polylactic acid resin composition obtained by the method and a molding of the polylactic acid resin composition. SOLUTION: A kneader has a barrel 2 and a screw 1 which has a kneading part inserted in the barrel and has an outer diameter of D(mm). Further the kneader has at least one or more raw material supply ports a, one or more raw material supply ports b and a kneaded material discharge port in this order. When length from an exit side end part of the barrel which is located nearest the exit of the kneader to an entrance side end part of the raw material supply port which is farthest from the end part is defined as L(mm), the kneader having L/D of 40 to 110 is used and a raw material (a) containing a polylactic acid resin, a crystal nucleating agent and a plasticizer is supplied from the raw material supply port a and is melted and kneaded and then a raw material (b) containing a polypropylene resin and a compatibilizer is supplied from the raw material supply port b and melting/kneading is carried out together with molten kneaded material of the raw material (a). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyurethane foam scarcely causing disadvantages of lowering surface properties of a molded product such as pinholes on the surface, and to obtain a mold release agent for producing the polyurethane foam suitably usable in the method. SOLUTION: The mold release agent for producing polyurethane foam comprises (A) one or more kinds of nitrogen-containing compounds selected from the group consisting of an amine and an organic ammonium salt and (B) a silicone compound. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of shoes soles which enables not only the producing of the shoes soles without causing a peeling between an air bag and a formed polyurethane foam but also easier removal of burr formed on the periphery of a window part of the air bag after the molding. SOLUTION: In the production method of the shoes soles made of a polyurethane foam filled with the air bag, after the adhesion of a urethane reaction accelerator to the window part of the air bag, the air bag is mounted in a mold and then, the polyurethane foam is formed in the mold.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can produce a molding having a shape corresponding correctly to the inner surface shape of a molding mold without generating defects deteriorating the surface properties of the molding such as air gaps on the surface of the molding. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a molding, a liquid molding material is injected into a molding mold in the presence of a surface treating agent containing a contact angle reducing substance under conditions to make the contact angle between the liquid molding material and the inner surface of the molding mold 30 degree or below, and the liquid material is cured for molding. The surface treating agent in this method contains a contact angle reducing substance which makes the contact angle between the liquid molding material and a smooth plate of the same material with that of the molding mold when the molding material added with the substance is dropped on the smooth plate or when the substance is stuck to the plate and the molding material is dropped on it. Air gaps are reduced in the molding with the use of the surface treating agent.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a low-density polyurethane foam having good appearance and feel and excellent in mechanical strength such as tensile strength and tear strength. SOLUTION: This polyurethane foam is obtained by reaction between a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component followed by expansion; wherein the polyol component contains a polyester polyol which is prepared by polycondensation reaction between an acid component comprising an aromatic polybasic acid (except o-phthalic acid, phthalic anhydride, isophthalic acid and terephthalic acid) and an aliphatic polybasic acid and a polyhydric alcohol, and the polyester polyol is liquid at 40 deg.C and has a viscosity of
