At this time, the article holding members 14A, 14B, 15A, 15B are provided in such a way as to be kept within the outline range of the plate body forming the article fixture 10 and set in such a way as not to go out of the outline range even at the maximum outward stroke time.

SOLUTION: This hair holder 1 is composed of the tubular body 2 formed so that the tuft can be inserted from an opening part 21 at one end to an opening part 22 at the other end.
