Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generating article with excellent handleability, which enables a heater of a type to be stuck to the skin to be bent and compactly housed inside an exterior body.SOLUTION: A heat generating article 100 includes a heater 1 and an exterior body 3 for housing the heater 1. On the outer surface of a first sheet 11 of the heater 1, a pair of first adhesive layers 14 and a pair of second adhesive layers 15 are provided. Between the pair of separated first adhesive layers 14, the pair of second adhesive layers 15 are separately disposed along the separating direction of the pair of first adhesive layers. Then, in the plan view from the side of the first sheet 11, a heating element 13 is positioned between the first adhesive layer 14 and the second adhesive layer 15. The pair of first adhesive layers 14 and the pair of second adhesive layers 15 are separately disposed holding a virtual line therebetween. On the virtual line, the adhesive layer is not provided. The heater 1 is provided with release paper 2 covering the pair of first adhesive layers 14 and the pair of second adhesive layers 15, and the heater 1 is housed in the exterior body 3 in the state of being bent along the virtual line such that the adhesive layers 14 and 15 are on the inner side.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve cation-exchange capacity, initial cation exchange rate, alkaline nature, and water resistance by mixing SiO2, Na2O, K2O, CaO, and MgO, baking the mixture, and pulverizing it. CONSTITUTION:SiO2 is mixed with Na2O, K2O, CaO, and MgO. The mixture is baked at 300-1,500 deg.C for 0.1-24hr, crystallized, and then pulverized. Thus, the objective builder is obtained which has particle diameters of 1-50mum, an initial cation exchange rate of 60CaCO3mg/g.min or higher, and a cation exchange capacity of 200-500CaCO3mg/g, has alkaline nature to buffer acids, and is represented by the formula SiO2.aNa2O.bK2O.cCaO.dMgO (wherein a+b=0.5-2.0, b/a=0.005-8.0, c+d=0.005-1.0, and d/c=0.001-100).

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of giving a user excellent wearing feel, hardly becoming sweaty, and capable of stably sustaining the heat generation.
SOLUTION: The heating device 10 comprises an air-permeable first face 13 located close to the user's skin, a second face 14 located apart from the user's skin, and a heating part 11 interposed between these faces. The second face 14 has an adhesive part 16 to fix the heating device 10 to the clothes on the outer surface. The first face 13 is made of a non-woven fabric 13b with irregularities on the surface. The non-woven fabric 13b comprises a first fiber layer 21 including one face and a second fiber layer 22 including the other face. The layers 21 and 22 are partially jointed to each other, and a number of projections 24 and recesses 25 are formed on the first layer 21 side. One face of the non-woven fabric 13b is used as the first face 13.
