PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a buffer delay in the course of packet voice communication, without making a listener feel displeasure. SOLUTION: A base station device 20 includes a transceiving portion 21 which receives voice packets one by one, stores the received voice packets in a jitter buffer 211, and reads out the voice packets one by one from the jitter buffer 211 at predetermined time intervals, in the order of storage into the jitter buffer 211, and a storage packet adjustment portion 23 which adjusts the storage into the jitter buffer 211 in response to the magnitude of fluctuations of reception timing for each packet to be received by the transceiving portion 21 and the contents of the voice packets to be stored in the jitter buffer 211. SOLUTION: In a communication system performing data communication using a communication slot which is a unit of a communication period between a radio communication terminal and base station equipment by a time division multiple system by using a plurality of frequencies, the radio communication terminal is provided with a connection request transmission means for transmitting a connection request for starting communication, and the base station equipment is provided with a slot state obtaining means for obtaining the using state of the communication slot, a communication slot deciding means for deciding an allocated communication slot that communication equipment performs the communication beforehand on the basis of the using state of the communication slot, a storage means for storing the allocated communication slot, a connection request reception means for receiving the connection request transmitted from the communication equipment, and a using slot notifying means for notifying the communication equipment of the allocated communication slot stored in the storage means for the connection request. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently select a relay station suitable for relaying between a mobile station and a base station using only easily derivable information.SOLUTION: In the radio communication system 100, the mobile station comprises: an identifier acquiring section 230 for acquiring an identifier of one or more relay stations within the communication range of the mobile station; and an information transmitting section 323 for making a selection request of the relay station by transmitting relay station information including the identifier of the relay station to the base station. The base station 120 comprises: an information receiving section 260 for receiving the relay station information; a relay station selecting section 246 for selecting one relay station which is indicated by the identifier of the relay station information, through which the mobile station has to pass for communication with the base station among the relay stations which are not communicating with the base station; and a result transmitting section for transmitting the selected one relay station to the mobile station. The mobile station communicates with the base station via the relay station selected by the base station.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus that can reduce an unstable communication state.SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 comprises: a communication unit 15 for performing communication; an acceleration sensor 16 for detecting acceleration; and a control unit 18 for determining whether it is in either a stop state or moving state on the basis of the acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor 16. The control unit 18 controls the communication unit 15 to disconnect communication if it has determined it is in the moving state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of detecting a plurality of states other than a walking state while reducing possibility of false detection.SOLUTION: An electronic device includes an acceleration measuring part 16 and a control part 17. The acceleration measuring part 16 measures the acceleration. The control part 17 decides a moving state among a plurality of moving states based on the result of measurement of the acceleration by the acceleration measuring part 16. The control part 17 does not decide a moving state based on the result of measurement of the acceleration by the acceleration measuring part 16 if a prescribed process is executed.

SOLUTION: The base station device includes a plurality of sections for transmitting/receiving a signal to/from a radio communication terminal, and a control unit for selecting a free communication slot corresponding to the section. The control unit notifies the radio communication terminal about repeat of a connection request in response to the connection request from the radio communication terminal, selects one section in accordance with the number of free communication slots corresponding to each of the sections, and selects a free communication slot corresponding to the selected section. When the base station device receives repeat of the connection request by the radio communication terminal, the control unit of the base station device starts data communication by the selected communication slot.
