According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the touch sensitive element includes an electroactive film which is formed of a fluorine based terpolymer and a polymer represented by Chemical Formula 1, wherein R is an ethyl group or a methyl group, and n is an integer of 1 or larger.

Provided are a touch sensitive device and a display device including the same. The touch sensitive device includes: a first electroactive layer formed of a ferroelectric polymer; a plurality of electrodes disposed on at least one surface of the first electroactive layer; and a second electroactive layer in contact with the plurality of electrodes and the first electroactive layer and formed of an electroactive polymer. A coating layer having a low refractive index and formed of an electroactive polymer is formed on the first electroactive layer formed of a ferroelectric polymer having a low light transmittance, and, thus, a vibration level and a light transmittance of the touch sensitive device can be improved simultaneously.

Provided is an electroactive film comprising a polysiloxane polymer, a method of manufacturing the electroactive film, a touch sensitive device including the electroactive film, and a display device including the same. The touch sensitive device of the present disclosure includes an electroactive film including a siloxane polymer having a fluoro group or a chloro group bonded to a part of the backbone, and the dielectric constant of the electroactive film is improved by 15% or more by elongation at an elongation rate of 100% or more. The electroactive film of the present disclosure has an excellent dielectric constant and an excellent light transmittance, and thus the intensity of vibration of the touch sensitive device is improved, the driving voltage for the touch sensitive device may be lowered, and the touch sensitive device may be disposed on the display panel.
