Abstract:
It is disclosed a method for utilizing LADN in a wireless communication system and an apparatus for the same. Particularly, the method of establishing a protocol data unit (PDU) session for a local area data network (LADN) service by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system may include 10 transmitting to an Access and mobility Management Function (AMF), a registration request including information for informing a request of LADN information for the LADN service; receiving, from the AMF, a registration accept for informing that the registration request is accepted, the registration accept including the LADN information; and establishing a PDU session for the LADN 15 service by performing a PDU session establishment procedure.
Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for performing, by unified data management (UDM), a procedure related to registration of an access and mobility management function (AMF) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a message related to registration of a serving AMF of a UE, which includes access type information and AMF identity (ID) information, from a first AMF by the UDM; and when a second AMF registered as a serving AMF of the UE, which corresponds to the access type information, exists, transmitting a deregistration-related message to the second AMF by the UDM.
Abstract:
One disclosure of the present specification provides a method in which an access and mobility management function (AMF) node processes a packet data unit (PDU) session establishment procedure. The method may include a step of determining whether to reject a PDU session establishment request or not. Here, the determining step may be performed when the PDU session establishment request includes an identifier of an existing PDU session. On the basis of the identifier of the existing PDU session, an identifier of a session management function (SMF) node may be obtained. If it is determined that the SMF node and the AMF node both belong to the same public land mobile network (PLMN) on the basis of the identifier of the SMF node, the PDU session establishment request can be accepted. If it is determined that the SMF node and the AMF node both belong to a home PLMN (HPLMN) on the basis of the identifier of the SMF node, the PDU session establishment request can be accepted.

Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and appraraus for monitoring User Equipment (UE) reachability in a wireless communication system. More specifically, a method for monitoring UE reachability in a wireless communication system comprises receiving, by a Mobile Management Entity (MME), a message for monitoring the UE reachability including UE reachability related indication from a Home Subscriber Server (HSS); and allocating, by the MME, an Active Time to a UE, wherein the UE reachability related indication is used for setting the Active Time of the UE and wherein the UE reachability indication is used for the UE to stay reachable so that downlink data that a server wants to transmit to the UE can be transmitted to the UE.
Abstract:
A disclosure of the present invention provides a method for supporting a power saving mode (PSM) in a radio device. According to the method, the radio device may transmit a first message including a first activation time value to a network entity when the radio device requires the PSM. Then, the radio device may receive a second message including a second activation time value from the network entity. The radio device may enter a PSM state on the basis of the second activation time value. When it is necessary to stop the PSM or change the second activation time, the radio device may transmit a third message at the very time point.
Abstract:
A method for a UE to perform public land mobile network (PLMN) selection associated with ProSe direct communication in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: selecting a PLMN; and registering with the PLMN, wherein the UE performs ProSe direct communication in the selected PLMN without executing PLMN selection any more, even if the UE fails to register with the selected PLMN, wherein ProSe direct communication in the selected PLMN is performed in a limited service state, wherein the UE is in the limited service state when the UE has not discovered a suitable cell, when the UE receives "PLMN not allowed" or when the UE receives "GPRS not allowed".
Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method whereby a terminal performs an operation related to public land mobile network (PLMN) selection related to ProSe direct communication in a wireless communication system, the method for performing an operation related to PLMN selection comprising the step of selecting a PLMN, wherein the terminal performs the selection of the PLMN if: the terminal is no longer within the coverage of the selected PLMN; a registered PLMN does not exist; and a radio resource for ProSe direct communication is provided to the terminal.
Abstract:
Provided according to a disclosure of the present specification is a method for processing a circuit switched fall-back (CSFB) or a single radio voice call continuity (SRVCC) during a selected IP traffic offload (SIPTO) service. The method for processing a CSFB or a SRVCC during a SIPTO service in a network entity responsible for a control plane in a mobile communication network comprises the steps of: in a state in which a first packet data network (PDN) connection has been established for a terminal, establishing a second PDN connection according to the application of the SIPTO service while maintaining the first PDN connection; if CSFB or SRVCC is requested, determining which to release from among the first PDN connection and the second PDN connection; and releasing the any one PDN connection which has been determined.
