Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a refrigerator in which dew formation on a trim is prevented by employing a synthetic resin cover at the front face of the trim and the abutting face of a gasket and providing protrusions between the gaskets. SOLUTION: A freezing chamber 5 is divided vertically into two by providing a trim 25 at the opening thereof and two stages of draw-out doors 16, 17 are provided, respectively, with a container. The trim 25 thereof is provided with a heat insulating material 22 in the synthetic resin body 26 thereof and a synthetic resin cover 27 is provided on the front thereof. Gaskets 28 of the doors 16, 17 are abutted each other and a protrusion 29 is formed between the gaskets 28 fixed to the doors 16, 17 while projecting outward. Dew formation or sweating of the cover 27 is thereby prevented on the surface side of the trim 25 and since heat is discharged from radiation pipes into the chamber, power consumption can be reduced.

CONSTITUTION:A radiator 7 is provided on the top surface of a refrigerator main body 1, and a door 8 is rotatably attached by a hinge 9, and the upper part of the door 8 is extended to make it have the same height as the radiator 7. Thus, the hinge 9 is made invisible from the front surface, and a grill 10 is made smaller for the constitution of the refrigerator.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate a fixing of an ornamental plate and to prevent a clearance from being generated between the ornamental plate and a main body by a method wherein substantial L-shaped fittings are fixed in advance to the ornamental plate, fastened to a main body of the door with small screws and fixed there and in turn sashes of the main body are provided with ribs corresponding to a plate thickness. CONSTITUTION:Substantial L-shaped fittings 35 are fixed to an ornamental plate 3 with small screws 16 and the other side of the fitting 15 is inserted into a fitting groove 18 of a sash 11, thereafter it is fixed to a main body 14 with small screws 17. A rib 12 has a height corresponding to a plate thickness of a fitting 15. The rib 15 is abutted against the ornamental plate 3 and the main body 14, thereby an occurrence of clearance is prevented. In addition, the door ornamental plate 3 can be easily fixed to the main body 14 through fittings 15, so that its installing cost is less-expensive and the ornamental plate can be fixed positively and thus no clearance may be generated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent dew condensation on a smoothly planed board, and simplify treatment and mounting of the board and a door body, by forming the surfaces of the board and the door body substantially in flat surface and fixing the board to a bracket through a gripping sheet. CONSTITUTION:A body 11 of an adiabatic door consists of an outer shell 12, an inner plate and heat insulating material 7 filled between the shell 12 and plate 6, and a gasket 8 is arranged on the inner side of a storing room. A decorative 13 of the same material and color tone as doors of other system kitchen instruments is mounted on the outside of the body 11. A sandwiched sheet 14 is positioned between the substantially planed outside of the body 11 and the board 13, and absorbs projected parts of brackets 15 which mount the board 13 to the body 11. The sandwiched sheet 14 made of an elastic material is fixed closely to both of the body 11 and the board 13, and the brackets 15 are mounted on the board 13 with screws 16 and then fixed to the body 11 with screws 17. In this constitution, dew condensation on the surface of the decorative board 13 can be prevented, and further the treatment of the body 11 and the board 13 can be simplified.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate a work by mounting a decorative plate through simple structure and to reduce a cost by a method wherein a bolt is attached to the decorative plate and a through-hole for the bolt for mounting the decorative plate is formed in the peripheral edge of a door body, and a nut is covered with a gasket. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole 18 is formed in the peripheral edge part of a body 14, and the body 14 and a decorative plate 15 are secured to each other by means of a bolt 16 and a nut 19. The nut 19 is positioned so as to cover it with a gasket 17. When a refrigerator employing this heat insulating door is installed at a system kitchen, since the surface material and the color tone of the decorative plate 15 are the same in terms of appearance, matched integral appearance is provided. With regard to heat insulating performance, it is ensured by means of a heat insulating material 7 with which the door body 14 is filled. In mounting of the decorative part 15 to the body 14, since a nut 19 for mounting is covered with the rear of the gasket 17, a work is facilitated without needing complicated structure needed as in a conventional type. This constitution enables provision of a low cost heat insulating door.
