    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve thermal insulating characteristics by constituting a pack from a core material obtained from rigid urethane foam of continuous bubble structure prepared by expansion molding by means of a double conveyor wherein differences are provided in moving velocities between an upper conveyor and a lower conveyor and removing a skin layer therefrom, a container covering the core material, and adsorbents. CONSTITUTION:A pack is composed of a core material 8 having continuous bubble structure, a container 5, and adsorbents 9. Rigid urethane foam having continuous bubble structure prepared by means of a double conveyor 13 is carried by a lower conveyor 12, while it rises upwards, and the foam is pressed by upper conveyors 11 having different moving velocity from that of the conveyor 12, so that the foam is subjected to shearing forces, whereby a bubble structure oriented in the same direction as the advancing direction of the conveyor is obtained. As a result, by forming the core material 8 from rigid urethane foam having been cut, degree of orientation of cell is enhanced and thermal insulating characteristics can be improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of unsatisfactory appearance due to contraction by composing a vacuum adibatic material pack of a vessel which is prepared by vacuum- molding a plastic laminated film covering a core member, and a cover member which is made of a plastic-metal film laminated film, and making the difference not more than a specified ratio between the molding contraction ratios of the materials of the laminated film which compose the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum heat insulating material pack 1 is composed of a core member 2 made of an open cell hard urethane foam or the like, a vessel 4 made of a laminated film 3 having materials, differences between whose molding contraction ratios is not more than one percent, and a cover member 6 made of a plastic-metal film laminated film 5. Since the difference between the molding contraction ratios is not more than one percent, stress deflection applied to corner parts of the vessel which may caused by the difference of the contraction ratios is reduced, preventing deterioration of barrier performance owing to breakage of the laminated film. In an adibatic box 10, the molding contraction ratio of the vessel composing the vacuum adibatic material pack 1 is not more than one percent, so that stress deflection is small, the vessel is not deformed, and occurrence of unsatisfactory appearance due to contraction is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:A vacuum heat insulation material pack usable as a heat insulating material for a refrigerator has a through-hole 17 formed in a molding material 12 by using which film-molding is effected.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure an excellent flowability in producing an open-cell rigid polyurethane foam even when a halogenated hydrocarbon blowing agent which exhibits a strong resin-dissolving power and has at least a hydrogen atom and a fluorine atom is used, and to produce a foam which has excellent thermal insulating properties and is used as a thermal insulator or a core of the insulator of a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:An open-cell rigid polyurethane foam is prepd. by reacting a polyol component contg. at least 70wt.% arom. diamine-initiated polyether polyol with an isocyanate component at least in the presence of a catalyst having an isocyanate-reactive active hydrogen atom. Thus, the flowability of the reaction mixture is improved and the local degradation in the strengths of the foam due to an extreme orientation of cells is avoided. A foam having strengths enough for a core of a thermal insulator and excellent thermal insulating properties is produced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve a heat transfer rate of a hard urethane foam and further improve a thermal insulating performance of a thermal insulating box by a method wherein the thermal insulating box is comprised of an outer box, the hard urethane foam containing carbonic acid gas adsorption agent and having as foam agent substance 1,1-dichloro 1-fluoroethane (HCFC-1416) and an inner box molded by high nitrile ABS resin compound. CONSTITUTION:A thermal insulation box is comprised of an outer box 2, a hard urethane foam 4 containing carbonic acid gas adsorption agent, and an inner box 5 molded by a high nitrile ABS resin compound got through a polymerization of monomer mixture of a vinyl cyanide compound with 57 to 63wt% and aromatic vinyl compound with 37 to 43wt% under a conjugated diene synthetic rubber with 14 to 19wt%. Carbonic acid gas contained in the hard urethane foam can be removed with carbonic acid gas adsorption agent and at the same time since high nitrile ABS resin compound having minute molecular structure with a hard gas permeability is used as the inner box material, its air permeability is low. In addition, since it has a high chemical resistance against HCFC-141b, no cracks are generated and no immersion of air through the cracks and it shows a superior thermal insulating performance in view of aging characteristic.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve heat conductivity of a rigid urethane foam and heat insulation performance of a heat insulating box body by a method wherein the heat insulating box body comprises an outer box and an inner box molded by using a rigid urethane foam where 1,1dichloro 2,2,2-trifluoroethane (HCFO-123) are a foaming agent component and a given high nitryl ABS resin composition. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulting box body comprises an outer box 2 and an inner box 5 molded by using a high nitryl ABS resin composition prepared by polymerizing a rigid urethane foam 4 containing a carbon dioxide adsorbent and a monomer mixture of 57-63wt.% cyanade vinyl compound and 37-43wt.% aromatic vinyl compound under the presence of 14-19 wt.pts conjugate dine synthetic rubber. Carbon dioxide contained in a rigid urethane foam can be removed by means of a carbon dioxide adsorbent. Since a high nitryl ABS resin composition where molecular structure is dense and gas is difficult to permeate is used as an inner box material, permeation of air is low. Further, chemical resistance against HCFC-123 is high, no crack is generated and entrance of air through a crack part is prevented from occurring, whereby excellent heat insulation performance with a time is provided.

CONSTITUTION:An inner box 6 is molded by using a high nitryl thermoplastic resin composition formed of a graft copolymer prepared by polymerizing 81-86 wt.pts a monomer mixture, consisting of 57-63wt.% vinyl cynade compound and 37-43wt.% an aromatic vinyl compound, in a graft ratio to satisfy a formula under the presence of 14-19 wt.pts conjugate dien synthetic rubber and in a specific viscosity in a range of 0.060-0.070. A heat insulating box body is formed such that a space between the inner box 6 and an outer box 3 made of a metal is filled in a mixed state with a foaming heat insulating material 7 consisting 40-90wt.% HCFC-123 or HCFC-141b as polyole, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a foaming agent component, and a mixture thereof, and polymeric MDI as an isocyanate component or a polymer compound thereof and a remaining TDI-80 and a crude TDI and organic polyisocyanate being a polymer compound thereof.

Heat welding of the inner layer side of the outer bag and the outer layer side of the inner bag forms the vacuum insulated container of an integral type. The man-hour can be reduced in the process.
