PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rolling member, the rolling member and a rolling bearing, wherein a rolling fatigue service life, especially under severe circumference, such as high contacting surface pressure, is improved. SOLUTION: The method for producing the rolling member includes: a forming member preparing process for preparing the forming member composed of a steel containing by mass% of 0.6-1.2% carbon, 0.15-1% silicon, 0.3-1.5% manganese, 0.1-2% chromium and 0.1-2% vanadium; a carbo-nitriding process for carbo-nitriding the formed member at the temperature of A 1 point or higher; a first cooling process for cooling the formed member to the lower temperature than the A 1 point; a heating process for heating the formed member to the temperature of the A 1 point or higher and the lower temperature than the carbo-nitriding temperature; and a second cooling process for cooling the temperature of M s point or lower from the temperature of the A 1 point or higher. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin orbital member capable of composing a low cost bearing having a long service life and excellent toughness, and to provide a bearing provided with the thin orbital member for a bearing. SOLUTION: In an orbital board 11 which is used after being subjected to quench hardening, and in which the thickness of the part composing each rolling contact surface 11A as the surface in contact with a rolling element 12 of a thrust roller bearing 1 is ≤3 mm, the content of hydrogen in the orbital board 11 is ≤0.3 ppm, and also, the hardness in the surface of the part in contact with the rolling element 12 of the rolling contact surface 11A is ≥700 HV. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strictly control the heating temperature at a secondary heat treatment time, in the heat treatment system in which a nitrogen-rich layer is formed in primary heat treatment and quenching is applied in the secondary heat treatment, at a lower temperature than the heating temperature in the primary heat treatment. SOLUTION: In a primary heat treatment apparatus 1, after heating bearing parts to the temperature exceeding A 1 transformation point with a heating machine 11, the nitrogen-rich layer is formed on the surfaces of the bearing parts by cooling them lower than the A 1 transformation point. Successively, the bearing parts are shifted into a secondary heat treatment apparatus 2, and after heating to the temperature exceeding the A 1 transformation point and lower than a primary quenching temperature, the parts are cooled lower than the A 1 transformation point. SOLUTION: The thrust roller bearing for the car air-conditioner compressor is incorporated in a cooling-cycle compressor of a car air-conditioner in which lubricating oil mixed refrigerant formed by mixing lubricating oil in hydrochlorofluorocarbon base refrigerant for functioning in place of chlorofluorocarbon is circulated. SOLUTION: In an arm body 4 that can be freely rocked, an operation section 14 for operating the valve of an internal combustion engine and a rolling bearing 10 where an outer ring 22 becomes the cam follower are provided. The rolling bearing 10 comprises a roller support shaft 21 mounted to the arm body 4; the outer ring 22; and a plurality of needle-shaped rollers 23. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistant roller bearing with a long life in which, when the roller bearing is intermittently operated under high temperature and high load, a seizure or an imperfect lubrication is not generated, and particularly, an abrasion is decreased under high temperature and high load, and a long- lived low rotating torque is maintained under a low noise level. SOLUTION: In the roller bearing, a plurality of rolling members 4 are provided between an inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2, and the peripheries of the rolling members 4 are filled with lubricating grease. The inner ring 1 and the outer ring 3 are made of an alloy steel material including C of 0.6 to 1.3 mass %, Si of 0.3 to 3.0 mass %, Ni of 0.1 to 3.0 mass %, Mn of 0.2 to 1.5 mass %, and Cr of 0.3 to 5.0 mass %. The grease sealed heat resistant roller bearing has a carbonitriding layer with the hardness of HV725 (HRC61) or higher formed on a surface. Further, the roller bearing is made of a steel material tempered under the high temperature of 250°C or higher and having the hardness of HRC59 or higher. The lubricating grease includes perfluoro polyether oil and synthetic oil as basic oil. The lubricating grease includes particulate fluorine resin and a urea compound as a thickening agent.
