Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction chip for a reaction vessel for examining organism-related substances which reduces thermal resistance and thermal efficiency loss. SOLUTION: The reaction chip 110 is provided with a solid phase carrier 112 including a probe for capturing the organism-related substances and a pair of support members 114, 116 for holding the solid phase carrier 112 between them. The solid phase carrier 112 and the support members 114, 116 are integrally bonded. The support members 114, 116 have four circular openings 112, 124 for partially exposing an upper face and a lower face of the solid phase carrier 112. An exposed part of the upper face and the lower face of the solid phase carrier 112 reacts to the inspected organism-related substances. The support members 114, 116 are made from a heat generating material with a high melting point, act as a heating element for generating heat by current supply and respectively have a pair of electrodes 126, 128 for supplying a current.
