Abstract:
A toner for the development of an electrostatic image is provided wherein at least one layer of a particulate resin is coated onto a substantial portion of the surface of an agglomerate of particles made from at least primary polymer particles and primary colorant particles, wherein at least one of the primary polymer particles and the particulate resin contains a wax, and the particulate resin of the outermost layer is substantially free of wax and a process for producing the toner.
Abstract:
A film-integrated gasket comprising a resin film and an adhesive rubber layer directly molded on the resin film, where the adhesive rubber layer is molded in an inverted T-type stepped wall cross-section from addition reaction type silicone rubber, can satisfy required reduction in thickness, prevention of positional alignment failure, etc. for a thin seal and thus can be suitably used in a fuel cell, a secondary battery, a condenser, etc. without contamination of electrolytic solution, catalyst, etc. used in the cells.
Abstract:
A gasket is provided on a porous sheet in one body. The gasket is thin and has an excellent sealability, and processability when the gasket is built in layer-built fuel cells. The gasket is made of liquid rubber and has a hardness not more than 60 (JIS A). Liquid perfluoro rubber and liquid silicone rubber is preferably used for the gasket. And gasket can be made by injection molding.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to an electrostatic image-developing toner which is used for an electronograph and the like. The toner comprises at least core particles and fine particles being present on the surfaces of the core particles and has a mean particle size of 0.01-1 &mgr;m. The fine particles are polymer of a monomer and contain charge-controlling agent which is soluble in the monomer before polymerization.

Abstract:
A photosensitive member for electrophotography having a photosensitive layer containing a hydrazone compound represented by the following general formula [I]: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or a halogen atom; R.sup.3 represents a halogen atom; m is 1 or 2; and n is 0, 1 or 2. The photosensitive member has not only extremely high sensitivity but also sufficiently low residual potential. It is also highly resistant to fatigue so that the repeated use provides it with little accumulation of residual potential and little variation of surface potential and sensitivity.
