Abstract: Disclosed is a technique to provide a QoS resource reservation method and the like, which will not generate a delay in establishing a QoS reservation and can avoid the waste of QoS resources. According to the technique, the method includes: a step of causing a mobile node 110 to send, toward a corresponding node 100, a first message to collect information for making a QoS resource reservation; and a step in which, when the mobile node detects a handover thereof during QoS resource reservation processing, the mobile node sends a second message to a path from the mobile node before the handover to the corresponding node to remove the QoS resource reservation.
