Se define un conjunto de recursos de referencia por cada esquema de numerología, cada uno que está asociado a un conjunto de recursos de radio que se pueden utilizar para ser asignados de acuerdo con el esquema de numerología respectivo. El conjunto de recursos de referencia de al menos un esquema de numerología se solapa con el conjunto de recursos de referencia de al menos otro esquema de numerología en el dominio de frecuencia y/o de tiempo. El procedimiento de asignación de recursos es realizado para asignar recursos de radio a uno o más terminales de usuario de acuerdo con los esquemas de numerología. El procedimiento de asignación de recursos es realizado para cada esquema de numerología basándose en un intervalo de tiempo de programación definido para el esquema de numerología respectivo.
