Abstract: A method of packaging a semiconductor illumination module is provided. The method includes the following steps. In a step (a), a substrate is provided. The substrate is selected from one of a flexible printed circuit board, a metal core circuit board, a printed circuit board or a ceramic printed circuit board. The substrate includes a solder mask layer with an opening, and the opening has a width R. In a step (b), a light-emitting element is installed in the opening. In a step (c), an encapsulant injection device is used to inject a packaging encapsulant into the opening. In a step (d), a sealed lens structure is formed to cover the light-emitting element, wherein the sealed lens structure has a height h.

Abstract: A touch module for an electronic device is provided. The touch module includes a touch-sensitive plate, a light guide plate, a light-shielding plate and a translucent covering plate. The touch-sensitive plate includes plural light-emitting units. The light guide plate is disposed on the touch-sensitive plate. The light-shielding plate is located over the light guide plate. The light-shielding plate includes a hollow portion. The translucent covering plate is located over the light-shielding plate. The hollow portion is covered by the translucent covering plate. According to a touch signal, the touch-sensitive plate controls the plural light-emitting units to emit light beams to the light guide plate. After the light beams are transmitted through the hollow portion, the light beams are transferred to the translucent covering plate.

Abstract: A force-sensitive input device includes a circuit board, plural keys, plural force sensing modules and a display module. When one of the plural keys is pressed down, the corresponding force sensing module senses a magnitude of a pressing force and generates a corresponding sensing signal to the display module. According to the magnitude of the pressing force, the display module is in a corresponding displaying mode. Consequently, the user realizes the magnitude of the pressing force.

Abstract: A silent input module includes a silent mouse device. The silent mouse device includes a casing, a silent switch and a control unit. A silent feedback unit is disposed within a computing device. The computing device is in communication with a silent mouse device. The computing device includes a processing unit. After a silent switch of the silent mouse device is triggered to generate a switching signal to the processing unit, the silent feedback unit allows a vision unit to provide a vision feedback.

Abstract: A luminous keyboard includes a keypad module, plural light-emitting elements, a light guide plate and a reflecting plate. The reflecting plate has plural light amount control structures. The light amount control structures are disposed on the reflecting plate, and located near the corresponding light-emitting elements. When the plural light-emitting elements emit light beams, the portions of the light beams that are not subjected to total internal reflection within the light guide plate are reflected by the reflecting plate. When the light beams are transferred through the light amount control structure, the reflected fraction of the light beams is reduced. Since the light beams are not very centralized, the problem of generating bright spots will be diminished.

Abstract: A keyboard includes a base plate, a pressure sensing layer, a first key structure and a second key structure. The pressure sensing layer includes plural pressure sensing regions. Each of the first key structure and the second key structure corresponds to a pressure sensing region. Moreover, the first key structure and the second key structure are located over the corresponding pressure sensing regions. In response to different magnitudes of the depressing force, the corresponding pressure sensing regions are pushed by the first key structure and the second key structure. Consequently, the corresponding pressure sensing regions generate different pressure sensing signals. The pressure sensing layer can replace plural pressure sensing element. Consequently, the assembling process is simplified, and the assembling cost is reduced.
