    Abstract: The positioning capabilities of a User Equipment (UE) are stored in a core network to reduce positioning latency when the UE indicates that its positioning capabilities are stable and/or are long term valid. The UE may provide its positioning capabilities to a location server during a location session along with an indication of whether the positioning capabilities are stable. The location server may enable storage of the positioning capabilities for the UE in the core network, e.g., in the location server or another entity in the core network such as Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF), if there is an indication that the positioning capabilities are stable. The AMF may include a UE identifier in location requests with which the location server may retrieve the UE positioning capabilities if stored at the location server or may include the UE positioning capabilities if stored at the AMF.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may establish a sidelink connection with a second UE, where the sidelink connection is associated with a plurality of flows. The first UE may determine, based on monitoring each flow of the plurality of flows, a radio link status of the sidelink connection. The first UE may transmit, based on the determining, a non-access stratum layer message to the second UE based at least on the radio link status of the sidelink connection.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a user equipment (UE) of a group of UEs may communicate with other members of the group to provide data or other information via sidelinks. The UE may transmit a groupcast sidelink request to the base station. After receiving the sidelink request, the base station may send a sidelink grant (e.g., transmit or receive grant) in downlink control information (DCI) to the UEs in the sidelink groupcast communications group. The sidelink grant may include information for each hop such as which UEs are going to transmit or receive, the reception or transmission beams of the UEs, time and frequency resources, or the data to forward or relay. In some examples, a UE may relay information to other UEs in the sidelink groupcast communications group.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station (BS), an indication of an access link discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration and a sidelink DRX configuration. The access link DRX configuration and the sidelink DRX configuration may synchronize access link DRX operation and sidelink DRX operation of the UE. The UE may perform access link communication with the BS based at least in part on the access link DRX configuration and/or may perform sidelink communication with another UE based at least in part on the sidelink DRX configuration.     Abstract: Techniques for wireless communications are described. A first device may receive first control signaling that may indicate a second device in a wireless communications system. The first device may then identify, based on the received first control signaling, a set of devices for tracking the second device in the wireless communications system. In some examples, the first device may then transmit second control signaling to the identified set of devices for tracking the second device in the wireless communications system. The first device may then receive, based on the transmitted second control signaling, coordination information from the set of devices. The received coordination information may be associated with the second device. The coordination information collected by the set of devices may be used to predict changes in an environment surrounding the second device. By predicting dynamic changes in the environment, disruptions in wireless communication may be prevented.

In one embodiment, a method of wireless communications by a network entity comprises receiving a request, from a first user equipment (UE), for sharing of sensor information by at least a second UE based on a target region indicated by the request and taking one or more actions, in response to the request, to trigger the sharing of sensor information by the second UE.
