Abstract: PURPOSE:To constitute a digital switch by a 2-input logic circuit even when the number of input terminals may be too many by allowing a digital switch circuit to decide all outputs or lower-order bits into the activate state when the input of a high-order bit is activated in the digital switch circuit having plural inputs and outputs with weight. CONSTITUTION:The output of a counter or the like at the pre-stage, for example, is inputted to input terminals 1-6 and only the input terminal 3 goes to a high level. Even when the other input terminals remain at a low level, all output terminals 9-12 go to the high level. Further, various logics are formed by changing OR circuits 13-17 into AND, NOR or NAND circuits. Thus, a special logic circuit is constituted by the most simple 2-input elements, and the kinds of components are made much smaller in comparison with a conventional method.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To output stably an oscillation frequency even to a temperature change by using a decoder to select the output and setting a gate capacity when temperature information is inputted to an address of a nonvolatile memory. CONSTITUTION:Reset is applied to a down-counter 9 at a time at first to clear the content of the down-counter. After the reset is released, a switch 16 is thrown to the left to read a data in a nonvolatile memory (EPROM) 7. When the reset of the down-counter 9 is released and the counter counts by using a pulse from a frequency division circuit 4 until the data in the EPROM 7 which is read reaches zero at the initial part of the count continue time TW. When the content of the counter reaches zero, the switch 16 is thrown to the right and a switch 7 is thrown downward. The down-counter reads the data in the EPROM 18 and counts by using a pulse of a temperature sensor at the remaining time of the TW and the final count content is inputted to an address of the EPROM.
