SOLUTION: This information processor comprises a class condition setting part 132 which sets class preferential information 123 to associate a class classified according to the total amount of asset with a class preferential value indicating preferential conditions of asset management corresponding to the class for each asset category, a total amount calculation part 140 which reads customer asset information 122 indicating the assets actually held by a customer from a storage part 120 and calculates the total amount of assets belonging to the selected predetermined asset category of the assets actually held by the customer, a class determination part 150 which determines the customer's class according to the calculated total amount for each asset category based on the class preferential information 123, and an asset management part 160 which manages the asset of the customer with the preferential conditions indicated by the class preferential value for each asset category using the class preferential value corresponding to the determined customer's class and updates the customer asset information. SOLUTION: A model is created for displaying, on a calendar for July, 2006 displayed in a virtual space, a rectangular parallelepiped with a height corresponding to the number of image files for every date of photographing. The side faces of the displayed rectangular parallelepiped of each date are colored according to the ratio between the number of files of moving images and the number of files of still images photographed on that day. A representative image representing the images for each date is displayed on the top face of the rectangular parallelepiped. The quantity of the moving images and still images photographed for each date and the index images can thereby be easily acquired. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording and reproducing device and method in which a disk shaped recording medium set as the subject of recording and reproduction has a first area where information is recorded by a track recording system and a second area where although information is recorded by a prescribed system different from the track recording system, tracks are also formed and with which it becomes possible to control access to the second area in track pitch accuracy and the width of the second area can be narrowed by this amount and it becomes possible to expand the width of the first area as much as the amount in which the width of the second area is narrowed and the increasing of recording capacity can be attained for that amount. SOLUTION: This recording and reproducing device is characterized by being provided with a pickup means with objective lens which becomes the output end of a laser beam which irradiates the recording medium in order to read information or to record information, a displacement mechanism part having a mechanism for displacing the relative positional relation of the objective lens and the radial direction of the recording medium and a driving control means which performs the driving control of the displacement mechanism so as to irradiate the tracks formed in the second area with the laser beam when moving the irradiation position to the second area. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a disk by attaching a piece of additional information, which is different for every equipment, to the disk. SOLUTION: Information controller section 351 refers to the disk management table of a data management memory 328A and collates whether or not the disk ID of a disk 1 obtained from a current disk information management section 353 has been already recorded. After the collation, if it is judged that the disk is not a disk which was not inserted before, the information controller section 351 adds the disk information of the disk 1 to the disk management table. A user can enter additional information such as a local disk ID and a local disk name that are unique to each equipment, while the information controller section 351 registers such additional information with the disk management table in correspondence with the disk ID.
