PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate listening data on trial wherein only a listening area on trial whose header is of a fixed length and which has no silent reproduction part is continuously reproduced. SOLUTION: A contents ID, a contents reproduction time A or the like are described in the header of original data 71. A listening area 1 on trial and a listening area 2 on trial are distinguished from a protective area 1 to a protective area 3 other than the listening areas 1 and 2, and encoding suitable to the respective areas is carried out. Frame orders are exchanged, and a header with a changed reproduction time is attached to generate listening data 73 on trial (listening data on trial to be distributed) subjected to frame order change, wherein all of the listening areas on trial are shifted to the front of a frame string. Since the listening area 1 on trial of a reproduction time B and the listening area 2 on trial of a reproduction time C are shifted to the front of the frame string, the reproduction time described in the header of the listening data 73 on trial subjected to the frame order change is 'B+C'. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce risk of illegally improving the quality of contents in a method for reproducing contents of high quality by acquiring comparatively small quantity of data while allowing the trial listening of music contents or the like. SOLUTION: In decoding trial listening data by encoding data indicating 0-bit allocation to each four encoding units on the high area side out of quantization accuracy information QN and normalization coefficient information NP as trial listening data including dummy data, the spectral coefficient information of an area Neg part is neglected. A pseudo-code sequence such as a pseudo random number sequence is padded in a free area of a code sequence to be the trial listening data. When the trial listening data is tried to be illegally extended to a wide area, whether the extended code sequence is a correct code sequence or not can not be judged, so that illegal extension can be prevented and the safety of the trial listening data can be improved. In the memory chip 10, data are sequentially input to the plurality of data register areas 13a-13d, and the data are written to the corresponding cell array areas from the data register areas finishing the data input in the background.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an efficient language practice and to provide an information reproducing device, etc., for effectively utilizing the capacity of a recording medium. SOLUTION: The sentence to be recorded on the recording medium 3 is read out by a recording medium control part 2 of the information reproducing device 1. By a reproduction control part 5, the reproducing process is applied to the sentence read out by the recording medium control part 2 to output the sentence from a reproduction output terminal 12 as voice data. Consecutively, the control of the recording medium control part 2 is stopped for a certain period after one sentence recorded on the recording medium 3 is outputted from the reproduction control part 5, thereafter, the next sentence is reproduced by the same process as the above.

CONSTITUTION: When an input information block or a reproducing information block is held in a buffer memory 101, a storage region in the buffer memory 101 can also be used by changing over a recording function by a reproducing function respectively, but the reproducing function can be operated simultaneously and easily in the recording function when the buffer memories are fitted for the recording function and for the reproducing function respectively. That is, recording operation and reproducing operation are controlled in time division to an information recording medium being constituted of a semiconductor memory, a magnetic disk, etc., and enabling random-access, thus performing the reproduction of information required during recording operation and the recording of information generated during reproduction.

CONSTITUTION:When a memory card is connected to a connection device 40, a reproduction control circuit 41 controls the reproduction of reproduced information and management data on the memory card connected to the connection device 40. At the same time, a transfer control circuit 42 transfers the reproduced information of the memory card to a buffer memory 43 installed in the information reproduction device 1 at a high speed and generates and transfers management data corresponding to the management data on the memory card to a memory management circuit 44 installed in the information reproduction device 1 at a high speed.

The data 883 are not encrypted or encrypted by different encryption processing from that of the data 884. Consequently, encryption of other important data is prevented from being decrypted.
