PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera designed so that a camera main body can be easily grasped without necessitating a grip band and increasing the degree of freedom for installing an operation switch and the like. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display unit 20 is supported so that it can rock centering a 1st virtual center axis 24 extended in the front-and-rear direction of a housing 14 by a hinge mechanism 22. The mechanism 22 supports the unit 20 so that the unit 20 can rock between the non-using position and the using position of the unit 20, and holds a state where the unit 20 is positioned at the non-using position and a state where it is positioned at the using position.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video camera which is excellent in operability and portability even if a high-capacity battery is mounted, and does not degrade its design. SOLUTION: A battery mount 140 is provided in recess form at the bottom wall 151 of a case 150, and this video camera is constituted so that plural kinds of batteries such as a high-capacity battery, etc., can be mounted capably of mounting and removal. For the plural kinds of batteries, this video camera is made such that a record regenerator 120, the battery mount 140, and a battery stand in a row vertically in condition that the battery is mounted on the battery mount 140, and that the section of the battery does not project outward in the longitudinal direction and lateral direction of the camera body 100.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow displacement in fixing a connector and to provide a good electric connection by supporting a connected member in the floating condition by a movable part which can move a given length in relation to a fixing part fixed to an object to which the connected member is electrically connected. SOLUTION: A connector 5 consisting of a movable part 51 and a fixing part 52 is fixed to an object to which a connected member is electrically connected at the fixing part 52. On the contrary, a lead part 54 provided for a connection part 53 of the movable part 51 is soldered and electrically connected to a conductive part of a connected member. This movable part 51 is engaged with a stopping part 56 of the fixing part 52 by an engaging part 55 to be combined with the fixing part 52. This engaging part 55 and the stopping part 56 are provided with clearance, the movable part 51 can slightly moved vertically, horizontally, and rotatably in relation to the fixing part 52. The connected member is supported in the floating condition by the movable part, displacement in fixing the connector 5 is absorbed, and electrical poor connection is prevented.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the battery loading mechanism for electronic equipment device which can make the loading operation of a battery easily and surely, can improve convenience and can considerably reduce the number of parts by simplifying a lock mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A battery housing recessed part and a lid cover 20 to be opened/ closed at the battery housing recessed part with a hinge part as a fulcrum are provided at a main body part 2 of a VTR with integrated camera. When closing the lid cover 20, a battery 30 is pressed and moved by a slope 36a of a rib 36 formed on the lid cover 20, and the battery 30 is locked at a loading position so as to be electrically conducted.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device having a fitting part, whose structure is comparatively simple and size is compact. SOLUTION: The image pickup device has a body, an image-pickup part attached to the body and capable of pivoting around a pivoting axis, and a hook attached to the body and having a press part. The press part of the hook can be moved between an extended position separated from the body and a depressed position brought close to the body and energized to the direction from the extended position to the recessed position by a spring and a plate member can be attached, by holding the plate member between the press part of the hook and the body.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens protecting mechanism which can be incorporated in a main body with simple constitution and a camera with it. SOLUTION: This mechanism is equipped with a cover 151 attached so that it can get in/out of the main body 110. After a lens holder 130 is rotated and positioned at a housing position, the cover is pulled out from the main body so as to cover over a lens 131, and inserted in the main body, and then the lens holder is rotated and positioned at a use position. Thus, the lens of the lens holder rotatably attached to the main body is protected.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure for batteries capable of holding batteries whose shapes are different from each other. SOLUTION: A holding box 40 is provided which selectively holds a piece of an rectangular secondary battery 30 and two pieces of AA dry batteries 32. The holding box 40 is composed of a box body 40A and a cover 40B, and in its inserting port 42 a battery cover 44 is attached. Inside the holding box 40, partitions 54, 56 are provided which is rotatably supported to support shafts 50, 52, and are energized in an upright position to collide with stoppers 60, 62 by torsion coil springs 64, 66. When the rectangular secondary battery 30 is inserted, the partitions 54, 56 are folded, and whereby the rectangular secondary battery 30 is positioned and held in the holding box 40. When the AA dry batteries 32 are inserted, the partitions 54, 56 are held in an upright position, the AA dry batteries 32 are positioned and held in the holding box 40 by means of circular arc parts of the partitions 54, 56.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shielding mechanism which can shield electronic equipment from external electromagnetic waves, by constituting the mechanism so that the mechanism may effectively shield a moving panel section from the waves. SOLUTION: A shielding mechanism is provided with a first shielding wall which shields the side peripheral section of a head drum 7, a second shielding wall which is arranged perpendicularly to the first shielding wall and shields the head drum 7 in the horizontal direction, and a third shielding wall which is arranged perpendicularly to the first shielding wall and shields the head drum in the vertical direction. The first and the second shielding walls are formed of a mechanical chassis 6 and the third shielding wall is formed of metallic foil sheets 12, 16, and 19 respectively attached to the rear surfaces of a front cabinet 9, a front panel 10, and an upper panel 11, so that the sheets 12, 16, and 19 may come into contact with each other and the first and the second shielding walls and may become the same potential, when the front and upper panel 10 and 11 are closed and a recording/reproducing state is set.
