PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a cylindrical degree at the time of assembling by providing a groove on the abutting surface of a drum supporter for fixing upper and lower drums to both drums corresponding to the outer diameter thin part of the upper drum or the upper and lower drums. CONSTITUTION:An upper drum 3 is fixed by a drum supporter 4 against a lower drum 2. The upper and lower drums 3, 4 are cylindrically formed having the same cylindrical diameters and specified empty spaces internally and they are connected by bolts 5 and 6 through the drum supporter 4 so that specified spaces are provided on both upper and lower drums. A middle drum 9 rotated being driven by a motor 8 communicated with a drum shaft 7 is arranged on the upper and lower drums 2, 3 and a magnetic head 10 is mounted on this middle drum 9. The drum abutting surface 4A of the drum supporter 4 of a rotary drum device 1 is provided with a circular arc surface having the same curvature as the diameters of the upper and lower drums 2, 3, a relief groove 4B is formed on the abutting surface 4A corresponding the outer diameter thin parts of the drums 3 and 4 and thus, the deformation of the thin part is prevented.

PURPOSE:To fix a board without using a screw by soldering a land formed on a surface of the board to a coupling member, and fixing the board to a fixing member through the coupling member. CONSTITUTION:A drum base 33 is clamped to a drum 10 by a screw 36A. A cup-shaped motor case 32 is clamped to the base 33 by using a screw 36B. The case 32 is a coupling member for fixedly holding a coil board 31 in a space separated at a predetermined gap from the base 33. That is, three cut and erected parts are formed at a lower end, and engaging protrusions 32A protruding in parallel with a rotary shaft are implanted to the ends of the cut and erected parts. The protrusions 32A are inserted into engaging holes 31B of the board 31 in which a stator coil 31A is provided. After the insertion, the protrusions 32A are soldered to lands formed on a periphery of the hole 31B by solder to fix the board 31 to the case 32.

PURPOSE:To easily execute a backup without losing processing data by updating processing data after processing data to be updated is saved in a second storing device and backup data is stored. CONSTITUTION:Processing data D1 which is necessary for the processing of an arithmetic processing unit 2 is stored in a disk device 4. The disk device 4 can input/output desired processing data D1 in/from a magnetic disk in accordance with a control command outputted from the arithmetic processing unit 2. When processing data D1 of the disk device 4 is updated, updating is executed after processing data to be updated D2 is outputted to a memory circuit 6. Therefore, recovery can be executed even if processing data D1 of the disk device 4 is lost. In accordance with this, the memory circuit 6 has a backup power source and stores processing data D2 outputted from the disk device 4 for fixed quantity so as to output it to an external storing device 8 consisting of a magnetic recording device and, then, backup data DB is stored in the external storing device 8.

SOLUTION: A generating circuit 11 allocates a luminance signal Y to an integer value within an integer range of 1 to 254 narrower than an integer range of 0 to 255 which can be represented with eight bits, and allocates a color difference signal CB/CR to an integer value within the integer range of 1 to 254 narrower than the integer value of 0 to 255. An adjusting circuit 12 adjusts the upper-limit value of a pass band for the luminance signal Y under the control of a control unit 16. An adjusting circuit 13 adjusts the lower-limit value of the pass band for the luminance signal Y under the control of the control unit 16. An adjusting circuit 14 adjusts the upper-limit value and lower-limit value of the pass band for the color difference signal CB/CR by the same amount under the control of the control unit 16. SOLUTION: Two substrates of the same form in which a waveguide is formed in a groove within a surface are prepared for the optical distributor to carry out the demultiplexing and multiplexing of an optical signal. The substrates are bonded at surfaces for forming a waveguide, and an intermediate layer is disposed between the bonded surfaces for interrupting the mutual leakage of a signal light from the waveguide. Each first end surface of the waveguide is matched in projection viewed from the upper part of a substrate surface, and is opened with an angle and branched to a second end surface.
