Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify cassette loading and unloading and to form the cassette loading function with a minimum number of parts by providing a slide tray with drive means for rotating a magnetic disk. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with a slide tray 107 having a drive means 135 for rotating the disk accommodated in the cassette and is supported movably between a receded position into an outer casing and the extracted position of cassette mounting and removal, supporting members 152-154 movable between the position for supporting the cassette fitted to this tray 107 at a provisional mounting position which does not engages with the means 135, and the position supporting the cassette at the normal mounting position to which a disk is engaged with the means 135, a stopper for said supporting members and cassette thrusting means. When the tray 107 is in the extract position, the cassette is mounted in the provisional loading position. It is shifted to the normal loading position when the tray 107 is shifted to the receded position.

SOLUTION: A recording and/or reproducing device for a recording medium is provided with; a device main body having recording and/or reproducing parts for the recording medium; and a cover body which is rotatively provided in the device main body and has an operation part on its upper surface side, wherein the operation part has at least one operation button 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50. An aperture part 66a for inserting a battery 68, an accommodation part 66 which accommodates the battery 68 inserted from the aperture part 66a, and a battery cover 67 which opens and closes the aperture part 66a are provided in the device main body. The accommodation part 66 is provided so that it protrudes downward from the under surface of the device main body, and the accommodation part 66 is installed as the installation part. By this, the whole device can be installed at a tilt, and the operability of the operation part provided in the cover part is improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a decoration band assembly to a chassis assembly without using any screw by providing one of the chassis assembly or the band assembly with a specified number of engaging clicks and nibs and the other with same number of click holes and slits. SOLUTION: There nibs 22a-22c are arranged side by side on the front plate 20a of a frame chassis 20 wherein the first and second nibs 22a, 22b are arranged substantially in the longitudinal center at a specified interval and the third nib 22c is arranged at a lower part on the left end side. Similarly, three nibs 22d-22f are arranged on the right side plate 20b of the frame chassis 20 wherein the fourth nib 22d is arranged on the front side, the fifth nib 22e is arranged substantially in the longitudinal center and the sixth nib 22f is arranged at a upper part on the back side. According to the structure, a decoration band assembly can be fixed easily, surely and rigidly to a chassis assembly without using any screw.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to mount a cabinet with as small a number of screws as possible, and to render a power dial waterproof and dustproof by preventing the power dial from being detached from the cabinet using a round belt which is provided from the rear of the cabinet after the power dial is fitted to a mounting hole and a barbette. CONSTITUTION:A power dial 17 is inserted into a mounting hole from an upper direction relative to an upper cabinet, and is placed in position with the use of its recess. Thereafter, the power dial is kept in that state. A round belt 47 is fitted into a cylindrical surface 'a' of a power dial base 21 from the rear surface of the upper cabinet while it is slightly stretched in the direction of the diameter of the dial. Here, the cylindrical surface 'a' is smaller in diameter than the power dial base 21. This enables the power dial 17 to be mounted to the cabinet with the least necessary number of screws, and also permits the discovery of a defective at a previous stage and the reduction of the number of assembly steps and the cost of an electronic equipment. Moreover, in the case of a maintenance service, it is possible to replace or repair an assembly in a short period.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent minute resist deviation and focus deviation due to tightening of a press contact member by using 1st and 2nd washers as so-called spherical spacers and adopting a spherical seat around an aperture of an image pickup element mount member. CONSTITUTION:A 1st washer 8, border faces 10, 11 around an aperture of an image pickup element mount member 3, a 2nd washer 9 are formed to be part of a spherical face. Then the 1st, 2nd washers 8, 9 act like a spherical spacer and the surrounding of the aperture of the member 3 acts like a spherical seat and the surrounding of the opening of the member 3 is supported by a couple of spherical bearings. Thus, when a press contact member 7 of a male screw is tightened strongly, the 1st washer 8 is moved in a direction of the arrow (a) with a large gap and the 2nd washer 9 is moved in the arrow (b) opposite thereto to bury the gap. Thus, the displacement and deformation of the image pickup element mount member 3 due to tightening of the member 7 are prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve assembling workability on an optical system chassis and to attain miniaturization and space saving by unifying a prism, an image pickup element, and a shutter with a prism supporting member. CONSTITUTION:A pair of right and left prism supporting members 6 and 7 are mounted on both sides of the prism 1. On those supporting members 6 and 7, a pair of right and left Y-side supporting metal fittings 9 and 10 to support a Y-CCD 4 and a mechanical shutter 8 for luminance signal and a pair of right and left C-side supporting metal fittings 11 and 12 to support a C-CCD and the mechanical shutter for chrominance signal are mounted. The image pickup element and the shutter are mounted on the supporting members 6 and 7, then, those members are made into a unit. In such a way, the image pickup element and the shutter are set at the optical system chassis resultantly by mounting the prism supporting member on the optical system chassis, and also, it is possible to suppress resist deviation due to temperature change.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To change the shifting pitch of a head by changing over the relation of locking to any of a ratchet turning means and plural pressing pieces. CONSTITUTION:Since the turning angle of a ratchet turning means 151 is increased more by engaging a pressing piece 131 having a relatively longer turning radius to the ratchet turning means 151 thereby increasing the amount of turning of a ratchet gear 143, the amount of movement of a head support member, that is, the head shifting pitch is increased. Moreover, since the turning angle of the ratchet turning means 151 is decreased further by engaging a pressing piece 125 having a relatively shorter turning radius to the ratchet turning means 151 thereby decreasing the amount of turning of the ratchet gear 143, the head shifting pitch is reduced. Thus, the head is moved for each prescribed different pitch with high accuracy by having only to set the turning radius of each pressing piece in matching with the turning angle of the rachet gear required for moving a prescribed pitch.
