(A): dry thermal shrinkage factor/intrinsic viscosity of polymer; S150 deg.C/IV=5.0%-7.5%. (B): birefringence; nD=170X10 -185X10 . (C): crystal orientation factor; fc=0.935-0.950. (D): noncrystal molecular orientation parameter; F-0.75-0.90.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a reinforcing material having excellent strength and uniform ity and useful for racket frame, etc., by fixing fibers such as continuous fibers to a substrate cloth by stitching, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective reinforcing material can be produced by fixing continuous fibers and/or long fibers (e.g. carbon fiber) to a substrate cloth having the form of mat, etc., and made of glass fiber, etc., by stitching and/or bonding. A structural material having excellent strength is obtained by forming the above reinforcing material to a prescribed form, impregnating the material with a polymerizable monomer (e.g. epsilon-caprolactam), a polymerization catalyst (e.g. sodium hydride) and a polymerization initiator (e.g. N-acetyl-epsilon-caprolactam) and thermally curing the impregnated liquid.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To mark a small lot and multikinds of images favorably by the structure wherein a thermal transfer marking agent is laminated on a substrate, and a masking material having a predetermined image is laminated on said marking agent layer. CONSTITUTION:A marking agent is applied on a substrate by coating to form a marking agent layer thereon. Furthermore, a masking material is applied on a non-transfer part of the marking agent layer by coating to form a masking material layer. In this manner, the non-transfer part of the marking agent layer is interrupted from coming into contact with an article to be marked, whereby only a transfer part of the marking agent layer is transferred. In one of the methods for forming the masking material, paper or plastic with a cut part of a graphic to be marked is used as the masking material, and this is bonded on the marking agent layer. In the other method, a photosensitive composition is applied on the marking agent layer by coating to form the masking material layer.
