Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the use of a recording medium driving device for regarding attaching of a cover. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a base body 3 in which a recording medium mounting part 10 is disposed for mounting a recording medium 100, a cover 2 slidable between the opening position of the recording medium mounting part and the closing position of the same with respect to the base body, and a plurality of sensors 14, 15, 16 and 17 arranged apart from one another in the moving direction of the cover. The cover is detachably attached to the base body, and a part to be detected 4 by the plurality of sensors is disposed on the surface of the cover facing the base body. When the cover is attached to the base body, the position of the part to be detected 4 is detected by the plurality of sensors, and the cover is moved to a predetermined position irrespective of the cover attaching position to the base body. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of rotational moment during driving of a lens holder. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a pair of drive magnets 35a and 35b provided in a lens holder 21, a drive coil 36 provided in a holder support member 22, a yoke 37 provided in the lens holder 21 to form a magnetic path, and an electromagnetic circuit part 25 for driving the lens holder 21 in a focussing/tracking direction. The electromagnetic circuit part 25 is arranged, such that the pair of driving magnets 35a and 35b are disposed in opposing positions, and the center of the drive coil 36 is disposed in the center of a magnetic gap between the pair of drive magnets 35a and 35b.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the new tilt adjustment device in which the adjustment of the tilt of an objective lens is easily and precisely conducted. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a holding section 3, which holds an objective lens 2 so that an optical axis O of the laser beams emitted from a recording and reproducing light emitting element 4 and the center of the lens 2 are made coincident with each other, and a control section 12 which controls the section 3 so that the center of spiral processing marks made on a first surface 2a of the lens 2 and the center of spiral processing marks on a second surface 2b of the lens 2 are made coincident with each other.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a series of such disk loading operations that a disk is moved inside a mounting part by a disk placing plate, and subsequently a subchassis is moved from a lowering position to a lifting position to perform the disk loading without complicating a mechanism for theses operations. SOLUTION: The disk placing plate 4 is provided with a rack 47 composed of a linear rack part 48 and an arcuate rack part 49. Now, when a gear mechanism 31 to be rotationally driven by a motor 27 is under the meshed state with the linear rack part 48 of the rack 47, the moving operation of the disk placing plate 4 is performed, and when the gear mechanism 31 is moved from the linear rack part 48 to the arcuate rack part 49 to become the meshed state with the arcuate rack part 49, the subchassis 8 is moved from the lowering position to the lifting position by operating a rotary body (can member).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To rapidly and surely detect the erroneous insertion of a disk cartridge. CONSTITUTION: When the disk cartridge 320 is inserted in a disk stocker 62, a 1st detecting member 129 is fitted in the carrying hole of the disk cartridge 320 and a 2nd detecting member 128 abuts on the side part of the disk cartridge 320. A state where only the 1st detecting member 129 advances in the disk stocker 62, is judged as a normal insertion state and the other states are judged as the erroneous insertion.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve stopping and positioning accuracy of a movement manipulative device, which selectively moves such substances to be manipulatively moved as an auto changer of a disc player and a multistory parking garage in one direction or in another direction, by providing it with a rotary cam body and a rotational driving means for making positive/reverse manipulation of the rotary cam body. CONSTITUTION:A pair of front and rear copy pins 12, 13 are provided on the side edges on both sides of a substance 11 to be manipulatively moved, which is arranged between a pair of side walls 1 erected on a base plate in parallel facing each other, and these copy pins 12, 13 are engaged with a pair of front and rear longitudinal grooves 8, 9 formed on each side wall 1. Respective pins 12, 13 are also engaged with zigzag cam grooves 38, 39 provided on a cam plate 4 through transmission holes 45, 46 which face vertically numerous supporting piece groups 31, 32 provided on a cam 3. The manipulating substance 11 is then elevated step by step along the zigzag cam grooves 38, 39 and with cooperation of the supporting piece groups 31, 32 through the pins 12, 13 by the rotation of a rotary cam 25 causing the cam plate 4 to make a periodical reciprocating motion and the cam plate 3 to make a reciprocating motion as keeping a constant phase difference to the cam plate 4.

PURPOSE:To eliminate control of a drive motor by returning a disk ejection lever to a reference position by an elastic force of a lever return spring when connection of a wheel to the lever is disconnected. CONSTITUTION:A disk ejection lever 48 is connected to a wheel 45 by a clutch mechanism 46 interposed between the wheel 45 to be rotated by a drive motor and the lever 48, the lever 48 is rotated, and the disk is pushed out from a containing section. Then, one side 49a of a connection releasing member 49 pushes a part 86 to be pressed of a lock plate 55 to disconnect the connection of the wheel 45 to the lever 48, and the lever 48 is automatically returned to a reference position by an elastic force of a first torque spring having a coiled part 50a mounted on the outer periphery of a shaft 47 and a linear part 50c. Accordingly, complicated control of the motor such as to reversely rotate the motor, etc., is eliminated, and the lever 48 can be rapidly returned to the reference position.

PURPOSE:To surely load an optional disk by drawing out an optional disk tray to a draw-out part set at the front of a disk store part by means of a clamp mechanism as well as a shift mechanism included in a lift mechanism and at the same time clamping the disk held on the disk tray and then loading the disk at a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:A shift mechanism 9 is provided to reciprocate a disk tray 2 between a store part 3 and a draw-out part 4. A clamp mechanism 10 clamps a disk put on the tray 2 drawn out to the part 4 and also can vertically invert the disk. A lift mechanism includes both mechanisms 9 and 10 and can set these mechanisms opposite to an optional tray 2. Therefore both mechanisms 9 and 10 are moved vertically to be set opposite to the optional one of many trays 2 and then moved together in a single body. Thus the coincidence is always and surely secured between the drawing and clamping timings of the tray 2. Then the disks are smoothly loaded without giving any scratch to these disks.
