PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation tool support device of a roll blind which can prevent fall-off from a weight bar during a lifting/lowering operation of a screen through an operation tool while the number of components is suppressed; and a roll blind including the device.SOLUTION: A support member 17 is curved along an outside surface of a weight bar 16. The support member 17 has an engaging claw 31 engaged with an upper groove 23 of the weight bar 16 from above and an engaging protrusion 72 engaged with a lower groove 24 of the weight bar 16 from below. In the support member 17, a partially continuous slit 60 is penetratingly formed around a portion where the engaging protrusion 72, thereby forming a tongue piece 71. The tongue piece 71 and other portions are independent of each other to be elastically deformable in a vertical direction. An operation string is attached to the lower part of the portion other than the tongue piece 71 of the support member 17.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting an angle of a slat, which prevents a deterioration in beauty while preventing a change of a height position of a bottom rail during a slat turning operation and preventing the bottom rail from interfering with the slat turning operation, and which can be easily assembled.SOLUTION: A horizontal blind has multitiered slats supported in the state of being suspended via a ladder cord from a head box, has a rail supported in a suspended state at a lower end of a vertical thread of the ladder cord, and has the slats turned via the ladder cord on the basis of an operation of an operating device. The lower end of the vertical thread 31 of the ladder cord 13 is formed in an endless shape, and latched in a relatively displaceable manner to a guide member 35; the guide member 35 is attached to an attachment member 34; and the attachment member 34 can be fitted to the rail 16 from the upper or lateral side of the rail.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an operating cord having a connection part inexpensively.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the operating cord is provided that comprises a process of: forming a main cord having one end and the other end; forming a plurality of first connection members having a first fitting part; forming a second connection member having a plurality of second fitting parts which is fittable with the first fitting part; connecting the first connection members to each end of the main cord; and fitting the plurality of the first fitting parts to the second fitting parts respectively.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition panel easily fixable to a pressure contact surface. SOLUTION: A locking device 19 comprises a support plate 21 fixed to the partition panel 11; a support plate 22 movable relative to the support plate 21; and a lifting plate 25 liftable relative to the panel 11. The support plate 21, support plate 22 and lifting plate 25 are connected by link members 27. When the partition panel 11 moves in a direction to approach a meeting surface 17a to press a rod 18 to the meeting surface 17a, the link members 27 move the lifting plate 25 in a projecting direction with the movement of the support plate 22 to come in pressure contact with the pressure contact surface. When the partition panel 11 moves in a separating direction from the meeting surface 17a to release the pressed state between the rod 18 and the meeting surface 17a, the lifting plate 25 is moved in a receding direction to release the pressure contact state and spaced from the pressure contact surface. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slat driving device for a vertical type blind capable of easily meeting the width and height of various window surfaces, opening the window surface by winding up slats. SOLUTION: In the vertical type blind, in which a large number of slats 13 are suspended and supported rotatably from a winding member 2, the slats 13 can be rotated by turning a tilt shaft 15 and the slats 13 can be wound by revolving the winding member 2, an input shaft 8 rotated by an operating device 4, a driving gear 10 moved in the shaft direction while being turned on the basis of the revolution of the input shaft 8, a tilt gear 18 being engaged with the driving gear at a fixed position in the moving range of the driving gear 10 and turning the tilt shaft 15, and a wind-up device 22 revolving the winding member 2 on the basis of the rotation of the driving gear 10, turning the driving gear 10 not engaged with the tilt gear 18 at the fixed position in the shaft direction are installed to the winding member 2.
