The invention relates to a method of establishing a session between a display device (1) and a local server (2) of a current local network (5), the method being implemented in a remote server (4) able to communicate with the display device. The remote server being able to store in association at least one local network public identifier with a local address of a local server, the method comprises the steps: - on receipt at the remote server of a local session establishment request from the display device, the request comprising a public identifier of the current local network, determining whether the public identifier of the current local network is associated with a local address of a local server in the remote server, and - if the public identifier of the current local network is associated with a local address of a local server in the remote server, despatching to the display device the local server local address associated with the public identifier of the local network, with a view to the establishment of a local session between the display device and the local server.

The invention concerns a method for processing digital content, implemented in a server (4) of a communication network. The method comprises: - on receipt of a request from a navigation device (2) comprising a first content identifier and a first user identifier, storing the first content identifier in association with the first user identifier in a database (42); - on receipt of a query request from a display device (1) and comprising a user identifier, comparing the user identifier with the first user identifier; - if the user identifier matches the first user identifier, transmitting the digital content associated with the first content identifier to the display device, in order for the digital content to be displayed by the display device; the query request being received regularly, according to a first given frequency, by the server from the display device.

The invention relates to a method for enriching audiovisual content, a service platform comprising a local database storing associations between audiovisual content signatures and audiovisual content sources and associations between audiovisual content sources and contextual content: upon receiving a set of current audiovisual content signatures, updating (207) the local database by modifying the stored signatures in accordance with the current signatures received; upon receiving a set of at least one current contextual content item, updating (214) the local database by modifying the contextual contents in accordance with the set of at least one current contextual content item; upon receiving a request from a first user terminal comprising a candidate signature, identifying (221) a source of audiovisual content by comparing the candidate signature with the signatures stored in the local database; extracting (222) from the local database contextual content associated with the identified audiovisual content source; and transmitting (223) the extracted contextual content to the first user terminal.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for generating a stream of digital packets by means of an apparatus. The apparatus receives data packets sequentially transmitted in an isochronous stream and containing a series of data samples, e.g. sound data. The apparatus transmits a predetermined number of samples in frames that encode a series of samples starting with a first sample. The apparatus determines the value of a number identifying each sample contained in the input stream. The value of the number of said first sample in each frame is a multiple, possibly zero, of the predetermined number of samples. In this manner, regardless of the encoder that produces the frames, the latter contain the same samples without any shift from one encoder to the next. The switching between the output streams transmitted by a plurality of encoders can be carried out without any artifacts due to the transmission of the same samples.

The invention relates to a method for broadcasting a digital signal from a main broadcaster (41) to at least one secondary broadcaster (42, 43) in a digital radio broadcasting network. According to the invention, the method implements the following steps at the main broadcaster (41): generating at least one marking packet corresponding to a cutaway order, a marking packet including a cutaway identifier and a piece of cutaway time information; and transmitting said at least one marking packet and said digital signal.
