Abstract:
The invention relates to a hydraulic traction assembly for a hybrid motor vehicle provided with a heat engine, comprising a hydraulic machine (6) arranged around an output shaft (4) of a differential for driving the wheels of the vehicle (2), having a main axis (A), said machine comprising a barrel containing cylinders receiving pistons, the differential (2) comprising an element (10) receiving the power of the heat engine, the barrel having a position which is stationary, the hydraulic machine (6) comprising a non-rotatable plate that can be inclined to control the strokes of the pistons, and the barrel being connected to the housing of the differential by an automatic clutch (8).
Abstract:
A gearbox (BV) comprises a secondary shaft (AS) provided with a synchromesh (SB) comprising a flange (FL) comprising a sub-hub (SM) fixedly secured to the secondary shaft (AS) and provided with external splines (CE3), a hub (MO) comprising internal splines (CI1) collaborating with the external splines (CE3) of the sub-hub (SM) to allow translational movement with respect to the latter (SM), and a sleeve (MA) that can undergo a translational movement with respect to the hub (MO) so that the internal splines (CI2) thereof are closely coupled to dogs (CR) of an idling pinion (PF1). This translational movement of the hub (MO) with respect to the sub-hub (SM) guarantees close coupling of the internal splines (CI2) of the sleeve (MA) with the dogs (CR) with a minimal margin for translation, irrespective of dimensional variations in the manufacture of the sleeve (MA) and idling pinion (PF1).
Abstract:
Epicyclic geartrain comprising: an internal planetary shaft (1) having an external annular tooth set (2) extending about an axis of rotation (3), an external planetary shaft (4) comprising a bell housing (5) in which is mounted a crown wheel (6) having a tooth set (7) coaxial with the internal planetary shaft, planet pinions (8) mounted on a planet carrier to rotate about the axis of rotation of the planetary shafts while meshing with the internal planetary shaft (1) and with the crown gear (6) of the external planetary shaft, and an elastic member (11) interposed between the bell housing (5) and the crown gear (6) in order to absorb radial load between the bell housing and the crown wheel.
Abstract:
An assembly comprising a synchroniser sleeve (28) for a gearbox provided with a stop (10), said sleeve comprising a bore having splines designed to link an idler gear to the shaft (2) of same, activating a synchronisation device contained radially inside said bore, the stop, held axially, having a planar transverse face provided with an external contour projecting beyond the bore in order to abut against the transverse face of the sleeve (28) to stop same at the end of travel, characterised in that the external contour of the stop (10) comprises indentations (42) that are radially underneath the bore.
Abstract:
A compact hydraulic unit (11) for providing a vehicle with drive power, comprising a housing (16) in which a first (14) and a second (15) hydraulic motor are housed, mounted in opposition, one of the two motors being supported in rotation by the other, each motor comprising a distribution plate (12), a plate (17) supporting floating cylinders (8), a plate (18) axially holding the floating cylinders on the support plate, a plate (9) and fixed pistons (6, 7) arranged between the plate and the floating cylinders and cooperating with them; said hydraulic motors converting the energy coming from a pressurised fluid into mechanical energy in the form of torque driving a differential, contained in the same housing, and wherein the output shafts are coupled to the drive wheels of the vehicle; said differential comprising an axial coupling member (1) suitable for coupling the two hydraulic motors and configured to distribute the torque to the output shafts of the differential, wherein the differential is mounted in rotation inside the hydraulic motor, and the axis of rotation of the hydraulic motor coincides with the axis of rotation of the differential.
