Abstract:
The invention relates to an evaporator burner assembly (100) for a mobile heating device operated by means of a liquid fuel, comprising a mixture preparation area (2) for producing a fuel-air mixture, a fuel evaporation surface (8), arranged in the mixture preparation area (2), for evaporating the liquid fuel, a combustion air supply (B) for supplying combustion air to the mixture preparation area (2), a fuel supply (1) for supplying liquid fuel to the fuel evaporation surface (8), a reaction area (3), arranged fluidically downstream of the mixture preparation area (2), for reacting the fuel-air mixture while liberating heat, and a thermal conduction element (7), arranged at a distance from a side wall (25) of the mixture preparation area (2) and extending through the mixture preparation area (2) to the reaction area (3), for feeding heat back from the reaction area (3) to the mixture preparation area (2) via thermal conduction.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an evaporator arrangement (1) for evaporating liquid fuel for a mobile fuel-operated heating device, comprising: an evaporator unit (5) for distributing and evaporating liquid fuel; and at least one fuel supply line (6) for delivering liquid fuel to the evaporator unit (5). The evaporator unit (5) has at least one first section (B1) made of a metal wire mesh (8).
Abstract:
A film evaporator burner arrangement (1) is provided, having: a combustion chamber arrangement comprising a combustion chamber (2) for the conversion of a fuel-air mixture with the release of heat, which extends in the axial direction along a longitudinal axis (Z); a combustion air supply (5) for the supply of combustion air, which is configured such that the combustion air is supplied with a tangential flow component to at least one combustion air inlet (8) of the combustion chamber arrangement; a film evaporator surface (4) for evaporating liquid fuel originating from a fuel film (10), which is arranged at a rear wall (3) axially rearward of the combustion air inlet (8); and a fuel supply (9) for the supply of liquid fuel to the film evaporator surface (4).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a mobile heating unit operated by means of liquid fuel, comprising a combustion chamber (2) that has a combustion air inlet (3), wherein the combustion chamber (2) has a widening section (20) adjoining the combustion air inlet (3), the cross-section of which widening section widens as the distance from the combustion air inlet (3) increases, and air is converted by means of fuel into a flaming combustion in said widening section during operation combustion, a fuel supply arrangement that is arranged in such a manner that fuel is supplied into the widening section (20), and an air guiding device (6) that is designed to introduce the combustion air into the widening section (20) by means of a flow component running in the circumferential direction, such that an axial recirculating region forms in the widening section (20), in which region gases flow counter to a main flow direction (H) in the direction of the combustion air inlet (3).
