    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner suitable to be used for a low-temperature pressurize-fixing device.SOLUTION: The toner comprises a toner resin composition containing a polyester resin produced by condensation of bisphenol A and an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid as a low molecular weight non-crystalline resin, and a crystalline polyester resin. The low molecular weight non-crystalline resin is a polyester resin having a softening point of 90 to 105°C, a glass transition temperature of 50 to 60°C, and a molecular weight of 500 to 1000 dalton; and the crystalline polyester resin is a polyester resin prepared by condensing a long-chain alkyldicarboxylic acid and a long-chain alkyl dialcohol. The toner contains the low molecular weight non-crystalline resin having a lower softening point and a lower molecular weight compared to a resin used for a normal emulsion aggregation toner to be used in a low-temperature melt-fixing process.
