Abstract:
A disposable self-contained fluid dispenser that can be easily mounted to a wall or toilet. The dispenser has a hinged integral fluid container (formed as a lever) and has a pump laterally extended from the fluid container. The fluid container is hinged to a back plate and a hood covers the top of the extended pump. The top edge of the back plate is hinged to the rear edge of the hood and the front of the hood is hinged to contact the compressible end of the pump. The three hinge points form a triangle. When the user presses the fluid container (lever) or applies downward pressure to the extended front end of the hood, the geometry of the triangle is altered thereby compressing the piston of the pump and causing fluid to be dispensed.
Abstract:
A wall mountable storage assembly including a storage device, at least one mounting plate, and at least one double-faced adhesive. The storage device includes a coupling bracket forming a first engagement feature. The mounting plate forms a second engagement feature. The first and second engagement features have a complimentary construction configured to provide a releasable snap fit connection in which the mounting plate can articulate relative to the coupling bracket. The adhesive is configured to be arranged between the mounting plate and a wall, with the mounting plate articulating relative to the coupling bracket to facilitate complete contact between the adhesive and the wall. The storage device can include two spaced-apart coupling brackets. Two of the mounting plates are provided, each carrying adhesive. The mounting plates can articulate independent of one another, accommodating variations in flatness of the wall to which the storage assembly is mounted.
Abstract:
A hardware mounting bracket is provided with a bracket body adapted to be mounted to a support surface. A rigid retainer is provided on one end of the bracket body to receive hardware supported thereon. At least one elongate biasing retainer is provided on another end of the bracket body spaced apart from the rigid retainer, to engage hardware supported thereon and to provide a loaded surface contact with hardware supported thereon. A hardware mounting assembly, hardware for mounting to a support surface, and method for mounting hardware are also provided.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an adjustable hand rail including a wall-mounted base member that includes a circular plate with an inward facing side and an outward facing side. The circular plate includes a circular track. The circular track has a bottom, an inside rail member extending from the bottom and an outside rail member extending from the bottom. The two rail members define a C-shaped channel. The bottom of the track member also includes a plurality of lock apertures. A rotatable insert is rotatably disposed within the circular track. The insert has a first insert opening and a diametrically opposed second insert opening. First and second shoulder members are disposed within the insert openings. The first shoulder member has a first locking pin biased to extend into one of the lock apertures. A bar having a first end and a second end is provided attached to the shoulder members.
Abstract:
A removable and interchangeable soap dish and/or other fixture which has a wall mount segment having a male connector with screw holes. The mount is L-shaped with the wall side and connector both rectangular shaped and connected perpendicularly. Protruding out from the mount and perpendicular to the male connector is a handle. The mount is attached to any wall using standard screws which fit into the screw holes. A female slot which is shaped and designed to receive the male connector is molded inside the fixture. A securing devise at the end of the slot allows the male end to slide in then lock into place. Attach the fixture to the wall mount by lining up the female slot and male connector and apply pressure to push them together. The locking device is deactivated by applying minimum pressure to the fixture as it is pulled away from the mount.
Abstract:
An offset holding device configured to be attached to a support structure and to carry elongate objects, including an attachment base configured to be attached to the support structure. A holding member can be attached to the attachment base and can include a generally “U”-shaped member having two upright arms and can be open at the top so as to define a containment area configured to receive the elongate object. A plurality of resilient gripping teeth can extend from at least one of the upright arms into the containment area, the gripping teeth being configured to at least partially deflect upon insertion of the elongate object into the holding member to releasably secure the elongate object within the containment area.
Abstract:
A household fixture such as a towel bar includes a dish-shaped bracket which is adapted to be assembled detachably with a concealed mounting base. The mounting base is adapted to be secured rigidly to a wall and includes a spring-loaded U-shaped member with legs which interlock with the bracket when the bracket is shifted into assembled relation with the base.
Abstract:
A wall bracket consists of a hoop-like part with hollow cavities in its two ends which can be slipped over male supporting parts fixed to a wall. Possible malalignment and positional inaccuracy of the supporting parts is catered for by a construction in which each supporting part consists of a base part and a head part which are secured to the wall by a central fixing screw passing through large clearance holes in the base and head part to accommodate positional inaccuracies. In addition the mating end faces of the base and headparts are of complementary part spherical form so that the head part can be angled relative to the base part to compensate for malalignment.
Abstract:
A personal-hygiene fluid is dispensed from a system including a wall-mountable support bracket, a replaceable dispenser assembly, and a cover shell. The dispenser assembly includes a container holding the fluid and a dispensing pump attached to the container, with the dispenser assembly removably positionable on the bracket. And the shell removably fits onto the bracket and over the container to obscure the container from view. In some embodiments, the dispenser assembly includes a collar attached between the container and the dispensing pump, and the bracket includes a recess that receives the collar to removably mount the dispenser assembly to the bracket. In some embodiments, the shell and the bracket include engaging slide surfaces the enable the shell to vertically slide on and off of the bracket. Also disclosed are a method of replacing the containers of the system, and replacement containers for use in the system and method.
Abstract:
A dispenser includes a body coupled to a front panel to form an interior cavity. The body includes a sidewall extending from a back portion. An opening is formed through the sidewall at a location spaced apart from the back portion. A housing extends from the sidewall adjacent the opening and into the interior cavity. In addition, a lock is configured to be received within the housing in a first orientation or a second orientation, the lock having a wall that is positioned within the opening in the second orientation. Further, the wall includes a receptacle formed therethrough.
