The present invention relates to a holding fixture (60) for pins (26) comprising a radially protruding flange segment (30), having a clamping jaw component (39) comprising a clamping segment (38) and a hollow insertion segment (36), wherein a pin (26) can be inserted into the clamping segment (38) via the insertion segment (36), and wherein the clamping segment (38) is designed for exerting a clamping force directed radially inward for clamping the pin (26), and wherein a retaining device (62) past which a flange segment (30) of the pin (26) can be guided is disposed at the insertion segment (36), said device being designed relative to the clamping segment (38) such that a pin is fed past the retaining device (62) and is supported and retained in a retaining position between the retaining device (62) and the clamping segment (38). The present invention further relates to a rivet head (14) having a holding fixture (60) and a method for feeding a pin (26).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Anschweissen eines ringförmigen Schweisselements (12) an ein Werkstück beim Anschweißen des ringförmigen Schweißelements (12) in Fluchtung mit einer in dem Werkstück (11) vorhandenen Bohrung (17) wird ein durch das Schweißelement hindurch zugeführtes Formiergas F mittels eines Leitelements (47) gegen den Innenrand der Bohrung (17) gerichtet, um das Schweißbad an dieser Stelle zu formieren und dadurch innerhalb der Bohrung eine saubere Schweißnaht zu erhalten sowie zu verhindern, dass Atmosphäre durch die Bohrung (17) hindurch in den Schweißspalt gesaugt wird.

Es werden vorgeschlagen ein Verfahren sowie ein System zum Kurzzeit-Lichtbogenschweißen, insbesondere zum Bolzenschweissen, mit dem Schritt, einen Schweissparameter, insbesondere die Lichtbogenspannung (U) während wenigstens eines zeitlichen Abschnittes (T S ) des Schweißvorganges abzutasten, um Störungen (64, 66) zu erkennen. Dabei wird die aus dem Abtastvorgang ermittelte Meßkurve (52) geglättet und anschließend wenigstens eine Toleranzkurve (56, 58) erzeugt, die einen vorab einstellbaren Abstand (60; 62) von der geglätteten Messkurve (54) aufweist, und anschließend wird die ungeglättete Messkurve (52) mit der Toleranzkurve (56, 58) verglichen, um hochfrequente Störungen (64, 66) zu erkennen.

An arc welding apparatus 1 welds a bracket 2 held by a welding head 6 to a pipe 3 by arc welding. A hollow tubular member 5 is provided in the bracket 2, which tubular member 5 is formed in a hollow conical shape, so that the diameter thereof increases from the bracket 2 to an open tip 10 therein. The open tip 10 of the tubular member 5 of the bracket 2 held by the welding head 6 is pulled up from a condition of being in contact with the pipe 3, an electric arc is generated between the tip of the tubular member 5 and the pipe 3 to effect melting, and the open tip 10 is pressed against the pipe 3, whereupon the bracket 2 is welded to the pipe 3.
